I usually order takeout. Its usually ready in 10 min and the price range is Ok, kind of similar to olive garden on certain dishes. I normally go for the shrimp or chicken fettuccini, its super creamy and thick, satisfies my taste buds. Bread & salad appear to be included with any dish, well at least for pasta related dishes. The staff is friendly, & the service is quick, the dessert selection is also great(Thank God), i also satisfy my sweet tooth here Lol the cheesecake is delicious(& big)(: the environment here is really calm, i normally don’t see many people here and i guess thats because the location is pretty much hidden in between houses lol but thats ok, makes it more comfy.

We visited Tuesday evening around 8:00pm Seated ourselves the place was medium capacity dining in, but carry out was steady… Our waitress was on point, quick with taking our drink order, quick with taking our food order, brought me my side salad and the salad was so fresh and crisp. Loved it all the way down to the last leaf… We ordered pizza by the slice.Supreme. When she brought it you could see the fresh veggies on top with the right amt of cheese and sauce. The crust was impeccable with just the right amt of burn on it. I loved everything about this place and it’s right on the bus line. I’m giving it a five… Thank you Napoli! We will definately return for some fine dining… :) The prices are so reasonable…

Great little place. We just moved nearby and dined there a few times. On our last visit, we were served by their operations manager, William, and had an excellent experience. Great food, large portions, and the price is very reasonable! They serve bread and dipping sauce while you wait. Family friendly.

You might miss this little restaurant if you’re not looking for it. We’ve eaten here about a dozen times and regularly get take out. The place may be small but the food portions are not! This is great Italian food without any pretense. We have sampled many of their pasta dishes and have never been disappointed. As soon as you sit down they bring you hot rolls to enjoy before placing your order. I like to start off with their perfectly prepared calamari or a cup of the zuppa di pollo. The menu selection is really quite large. Besides all the different pastas, you can get specialty or made to order pizza, subs, calzones and a variety of Italian veal, shrimp and chicken meals. They also have a cozy covered patio out back that doesn’t face a parking lot or road. Great spot to enjoy enjoy a meal, drink and quiet conversation. I definitely recommend this neighborhood restaurant.

at the request of a friend we met at this location for a quick bite to eat after work. stopped by and the place was almost empty so we had pick of seats, I ordered the Italian sausage in sauce and my friend ordered chicken Parmesan. good decent food I did feel the tomato sauce was a bit to much not only in volume but also in sweetness. I would go back and try it again.

Great NYC style pizza! I loved it and the kids did too. The crust is thin and it was a great neighborhood joint. Plus the Unilocal coupon just rocks!

My rating is for take out/delivery since I order off my phone on the eat24 app My kids and I love the cheese calzones and their salads are really fresh. My son loves the meat ball sub and the portion is pretty big! Also don’t forget the Italian cream cake or the cannoli, yumm!

I love this place, if you love seafood try the Linguini Pescator. Is so good. I’ve been coming here for years and will always come. And there’s Pasta Napoli is so good with chicken. I love my food spicy and I always get this lovely older woman waitress that’s very nice to me and my family. I give it many great reviews and also like the ceaser salad with Italion dressing. My favorite Italian restaurant ever.

Huge, Juicy, Meatballs. Really good fried calamari, bread, etc. I want to call this«hole in the wall Italian», but it’s not. Very relaxed vibe combined with economical pricing on some delicious food make this my go-to Italian joint. Americanized Italian I guess. Real Italian isn’t something most Americans are very familiar with. Service is «diner like» but not rude or rushed. The pizza is pretty good but they sometimes don’t spread the tomato sauce to all four corners. That’s my only beef with the pizza.

I’ll start with my favorite, which is their decadent cannolis! I don’t think I’ve ever tried a cannoli anywhere else prior to this, but I’d bet money that this is as good as they get. I tried 1 at another local pizza shop similar to this 1, & I’m sure I won’t make that mistake ever again. The shell/crust was very fresh & absolutely perfect, but the part that I can hardly put in to words is the amazing feeling that they are very generous with. There is more than enough 2 have a large proportion with every bite of the shell, & still have lots left on your plate(which I find myself scraping off every little bit that remains!) It reminds me of when my mom makes homemade whipped cream, which you can tell is homemade & you just know it is the best the world has to offer. I’m very picky about desserts made with cream cheese. The other pizza place had filling that was too cream cheesy for my taste, but Napoli’s is absolutely perfect, which to me means that you can’t really tell if it contains cream cheese. The pizza here is really good, although I think the crust has gone to a rather extreme level of thinness… no pizza should have crust that is literally paper thin! A simple slice of cheese pizza can’t hold its weight… can’t imagine how I would have gone about picking up a slice to eat it if I had actual toppings on it too ! But it was delicious. I’m eager to try their pasta next.

Food was ok, but didn’t feel the best after eating here. This restaurant is a hit or miss restaurant. We’ve gone in the past and had sandwiches, which were great. This time, both of us had pasta dishes and didn’t feel well into the evening and the next morning. Service was ok… little slow, but polite and attentive. We probably will skip it next time.

Used to go there all the time, however for the past year every time I go it’s very disappointing. Tonight no exception ordered two Tiramisu dessert to go. Got home and open and the first piece had a huge MOLD all over it. The second look like the top was scrapped. Went back to Napoli and was told no manager on duty that I can come back tomorrow to talk to a manager. Did get a refund though. I was shocked as the staff never apologized nor care. I was treated as if it was my fault and felt that I had to be the one to make it right. Will NEVERGOBACK. Very disappointing of the MOLD issue and how it was handle. What can you expect with no manager on duty. WOW hourly running the restaurant. Instead of slim in the ice machine it’s MOLD on food.

I am not an Italian food snob. Give me red checkered table cloths and a simple red sauce that is good enough to go into everything. All for a reasonable price. That is way I like Napoli. My favorite is the chicken parm with a side of speghittii with olive oil and roasted garlic.

Food is good. I think it’s a little over priced, but you get a good amount of food when you take out. I have never dined in, so I don’t know how the atmosphere is. Overall, the food is delicious.

I finally decided to try this place after passing it several times. The pizza here is real-deal New York style pizza – a rarity in Houston. It’s crispy, delicious, and inexpensive. I think it’s $ 2.50/slice – and the slices are appropriately huge. For a second, I felt like I was back in the Northeast. Who cares about the service? The pizza is damn good.

I don’t really know how I feel about my experience tonight. We came in tonight looking for a quick bite and pizza sounded good. However when we came in it was apparent there was an unhappy table in the back and one poor woman was running around trying to make them happy. She told us to sit wherever we liked and I guess she assumed the other 3 people working in the front would help us with menus but that didn’t happen because they were busy bitching about whatever just had happened with the rowdy table. I looked around for menus and finally I had to interrupt their complaining session so I could see what this place’s menu actually had to offer. We ordered a ny style supreme pizza and I had a Caesar salad. Slight delay on the salad but we had the rolls and their yummy garlic infused olive oil spread to hold us over. I really enjoyed the flavor of the olive oil and even used it to dip my pizza crust in. Getting to the pizza — I liked how they actually had real Italian sliced sausage on the pizza. That was a nice touch and added a lot of flavor. I would have loved more veggies because that’s how I roll, but I know a lot of people don’t so that’s probably why the greens were scarce. Overall, I do think I will give this place another try. I could tell our server was just stretched thin and the other workers were too busy with their own conversation to bother with us. Hopefully next time will be better.

Ordering online was a breeze. Good salads. Calamari was mostly bread crumbs. Margherita pizza was delicious. Tomatoes were baked very well. Price was ok.

I ordered food from the Napoli Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar By Papa Zack on Beechnut st. and I didn’t enjoy it at all. I decided to take a chance on this restaurant after I found out they delivered to my area. The food once it got here was cold and was wrapped in plastic bags and foil with plastic lids, which caused for most of the heat to escape. The items I ordered were the entrée Chicken Parmigiana that included a salad and dressing and the Tiramisu cake. First off, the entrée was luke warm and rubbery. The Chicken wasn’t fresh at all and tasted manufactured. The pasta was ok and the sauce was great however the salad and salad dressing was every bit of mediocre. I didn’t think it was possible for salad dressing to taste like absolutely nothing. After enduring the tragic entrée(which made me sick a few hours later) I tried the Tiramisu cake which was the worse cake I’ve ever ate in my life. The cake was still frozen and the ice crystals in it watered the taste down so much so that it made the filling taste like paste. All in all I would never order from this place again because after this experience I’m afraid to try anything else on their menu.

During my college years, there was a pizzeria in NY that sold the BEST, and I repeat: The Best Baked Ziti ever! When I saw that this place sells baked Ziti I immediately decided that’s what I would have for dinner. Sadly, The Ziti was just OK nothing spectacular but still decent. I ordered my food to go and when I got there to pick it up had to wait another 10 minutes to get it. The place is pretty small, but very busy. I guess their food is good. As far as the Baked Ziti, I probably wouldn’t order it again. My standards are just TOO high, I guess. I shall try their pizza next, hopefully it’s better than the Baked Ziti.
