Nothing bad to tell you about this location. They accurately took my order and it was hot enough. They might not be fast but it took around 3 mins to get my order which wasn’t that bad!

Ordered box combo from drive thru but I notice they charge and gave me a 3 finger meal so I went inside to change, they took my box inside than came out told me they fixed and won’t charge price difference so I said ok and came home found out they did not fix anything and lied to me. poor service

Not sure why this location has so many bad reviews. I come here so often and I’ve never had a bad experience with it. They keep it pretty clean and my food always comes out extra hot and fresh. My go-to order for Canes would be the Box Combo which is 4 tenders, fries, Texas toast, sauce, and coleslaw but I always trade out my coleslaw for extra fries. My food always comes out hot and it is super fast. The staff is very friendly and willing to make sure that you get great service. I come here pretty often and it never disappoints. I’d highly recommend this location.

Considering this is fast food, my experience could not have been any better. Watch out Chik-fil-A, Raising Cane’s is raising the bar on fast boneless chicken! Chicken fingers were fresh, tender and delicious. Service was prompt. Restaurant was clean. I’ll be back. Keep up the good work!

Ordered the caniac combo, I don’t really care for coleslaw so I substituted it for an extra toast. Food came out super fast and was nice and hot, the canes sauce is amazing! And the sweet tea is delicious. If you get a caniac club card you get a free box combo just for becoming a member! Friendly staff and a clean resteraunt, will definitely be coming back

Yummy food, nice clean place. But I was a little cold with all the fans and A/C on in the middle of January!

Baby chicken tenders today! Looks like they cut the regular ones in half. Won’t be back.

They were randomly closed at 3PM during the weekend. What’s up with that? Major disappointment and waste of time.

For starters, I was extremely unimpressed due to the fact that they only have three menu options and two choices of dipping sauce. My food was served cold – perhaps due the fact that the servers were feeling lazy since it was around 10 – 11PM. There weren’t many clean tables to choose from. Like what does a girl have to do to get a clear surface to sit her bum on? The chicken has zero seasoning – I mean none. This goes for the fries as well. Yet, for some reason, my friends still raved on about it saying, «You’ve gotta try the sauce!» So I tried the sauce. I hated the sauce. I already don’t like mustard, so perhaps that is just a problem with my personal taste. I ended up going to my car to get some chick-fil-a barbecue sauce that I keep on hand for situations like these. I feel like I would have enjoyed the bread had it not been cold. I would’ve made an attempt to get it fixed, but I didn’t bother after listening to the cashier complain on and on about how she was«ready to go home» and«every order from here on out better be to-go!» So that’s my first(and last) experience at Raising Cane’s. I left disappointed and $ 8 poorer.

If anyone tells me they don’t like chicken, they’re lying. Normally, I’m excited to eat Cane’s but at this visit something just wasn’t right. I normally go through the drive thru because I’m on the go & this location always has piping hot chicken. I decided to dine-in today … wrong move! First of all it was sort of packed so good luck with finding a clean table at 1pm. Secondly, it was way too cold in that place. Thirdly, my food got cold within seconds because it was so freezing, plus the chicken was way to hard and the bread wasn’t as soft as normal. Word to the hippies, make sure you guys turn those fans down because it definitely took away from the normal goodness of the food. On the plus side the staff was friendly.

If you like chicken fingers, this place delivers. The quality is excellent, all white meat, and they give you a lot. We typically get a six piece meal and split it between the two of us. The fries are good also, and their sweet tea is above average. The place is usually clean and well kept.

Came here for lunch with my coworkers. It was my first time at a Raising Canes and I gotta say I like the concept. Typically being from New York, chicken fingers remind me of appetizers at some high school cafeteria and we’re always dry and tasteless. These on the other hand were far from that. The chicken was tender and juicy and the sauce is fantastic. The fries and Texas toast were also very good. The only thing I didn’t like was the breading as I thought it wasn’t that flavorful and it flaked off too easily on some spots. It’s not something I can eat every day or every week even but if I’m craving for some battered and fried chicken tenders, I would come back here. That’s all they have pretty much so if you don’t like that, this place isn’t for you.

I originally went this direction to get food at the Sonic and hadn’t noticed this place before so I decided to stop here. Worst mistake ever. The drive thru worker was nice and attentive, but the food was of low quality. I’ve had Raising Cane’s before and I’ve never been disappointed because I used to eat it often. The chicken tasted bad, like it was cooked in old oil. I threw my food away before I even finished one strip. Disappointed. I won’t be going to Cane’s for awhile.

This location is actually very new and has only been open a couple months. I would say about 6 months but not over 6 months. The interior looks very clean and really nice looking. Customer service is very on point and everyone is so welcoming. I absolutely loved the sweet tea! Thank goodness they had both sweet and unsweet! I was a little worried that the chicken tender might be dry, considering that it’s white meat, but as soon as I took my first bite into it, it was so juicy and crispy and just delicious. And that’s what makes it Raising Canes with the sauce of course.

This establishment is at par with what has come to be my expectation from this fast food chain. Consistency and convenience does factor heavily into my rating for this particular location as I personally feel that they consistently meet my expectations during every visit, without fail. While this may seem like a commonplace occurrence, I find that it is exceedingly difficult to find a reliable food purveyor that delivers quality in both food and service at any given time, regardless of the hour of the day or the day of the week. To the uninitiated, Raising Cane’s is a niche fast food chain that specializes in solely serving marinated and breaded fried chicken fingers in a variety of configurations(i.e. quantity of fingers, sides, sandwich versus plate) along with their ever popular«Cane’s Sauce». The choice of sides are fairly narrow as you have a choice of either bread, coleslaw or crinkle-cut fries. Depending on your meal choice, you may have all of the aforementioned sides or you may only have 2 of them. They boast their chicken to be always fresh and demonstrate this by not having a freezer inside the restaurant. Everything is also made to order so you can expect hot fries and tenders at any given time. This location is conveniently located close to the freeway in the Energy Corridor area which makes it easily accessible to the surrounding neighborhoods and local businesses. Their hours are consistent with what is normal for most Raising Cane’s locations which makes it very convenient. Being that this location is new, everything is spotless and clean, from the façade of the structure to their bathrooms. It is evident that there is an active effort by the staff to maintain overall cleanliness as they are very quick to bus and wipe down the tables. The quality of the food and service is consistent with what is the norm with the brand. The staff is pleasant and polite and they make certain that your order is processed quickly and efficiently. The food usually comes out within an acceptable time frame and everything is hot and fresh. If I had to nitpick, I will say that the chicken fingers are sometimes under breaded and can lead to some slightly overcooked pieces. However, this is balanced out by how moist the chicken usually turns out. The chicken here is much more moist than what is commonly produced in other locations. I find that this is boon more than a bane but with a slight improvement in their breading, I can see myself improving my current assessment of this establishment. As for the flavor of the food, I find that it is always consistently good. The chicken has a very neutral, straight-forward and very pleasant taste while the crunchy breading adds a great texture and mouth-feel to the chicken fingers. What you end up with is an above average to superior chicken finger, relative to other available options in the city(or anywhere, for that matter). The Cane’s Sauce(a peppery, slightly acidic thousand island type sauce) adds a much needed zing to the overall flavor profile and provides some much needed brightness. This also lends itself very well to the sides and pairs exceptionally well with the toast. This is definitely something you should not miss should you choose to dine here. Overall, this is about as good as a fast food location can aim to achieve. Beyond some minor nitpicks, this particular location holds fast the standards that this particular brand has come to be associated with. I look forward to continually getting my fried food fix here going forward and I can only hope that this location maintains or improves its current food preparation and service standards. I will make it a point to continually update my review as I continue to dine at this particular location.
