Technician was rude the first time he came, refused to take off his shoes, yell at our landlord lady(what really was not nice and I felt for her). Beside not pleasant phone conversations, the next time this guy showed up he refused to take off shoes again and yelled at me that I needed to request that(!!) in advance. When I ask for his business card, with no explanations he took his stuff and left… What was that?!

When I had a freezer problem, ARH offered same-day service. They diagnosed the problem within 60 seconds and gave me an accurate estimate up front. They fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after themselves. It was not inexpensive, but I was willing to pay a premium for same-day service. They were friendly, responsive and very knowledgeable.
