ABSOLUTELYTERRIBLE. Do NOT stay here!!! My mother booked this hotel for 2 nights while we visited Houston from Dallas. For $ 90, she thought it was a good deal for a hotel we would be in just to sleep. We pulled into the parking lot and got a very sketchy vibe. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked in anyway. We walked into the building but did not have to use our keycard because the door was jammed open. The hallway smelled terrible and everything was extremely outdated. We walked into our room and it was disgusting. Stains in the bathroom and on the yellow walls. The pillows were square and basically the size of decorative pillows that go on a couch. The air in our room was set on heat(it was 85degrees outside) so it was very hot in the room. We stayed in there for about 5 minutes until we decided we didn’t feel safe and it was just nasty. We were able to check out with no questions asked.(I’m assuming this happens frequently). (Upside: the Crowne Plaza is right next door)

The staff is awesome, the hotel has had some upgrades… But could use more. My view is literally… A brick wall. It’s okay for a rodeo night, but not sure I would vacation here. Again, the staff has been overly accommodating, very kind, friendly, and the rooms are clean … Need some upgrades and paint, but hey, it’s a few nights in rodeo season.

Worst hotel stay ever. While waiting to check in we overheard 2 calls to the front desk complaining about plumbing trouble. Our room smelled bad, had cigarette burns in bedding and of course, toilet backed up after first flush. There is bo wifi available and the front desk refused to give us ANY ride is the Quality Inn shuttle van. Btw, cab ride to and from Houston airport is aprox. $ 30+ tip. This location is VERY close to the NRG center, about a block away, but I would NEVER stay there again.

Wow, this hotel is a complete shit hole. Multiple roaches in the room, spotted someone taking a hooker to a room, people smoking meth in the room next to us, people coming and going at all hours of the night… Spend the extra few bucks to goto the holiday inn.

Good cheap place to stay was close to MD Anderson wich was why we were there. Pool was good beds were great and the AC was awsome. Would use them again.

Fair value for the area. Big room but there are few light switches. Free coffee and wifi but the coffee maker is very old. Stinky carpet in the hallway. The room is decently outfitted but is pretty dated. Really needs a coat of pain and some detailing so the place just looks tired. Brown water. Meh…

My wife and I stayed at this Quality Inn for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo a few weeks ago. We were looking for a hotel that was fairly close to Reliant Park so we could walk and avoid the headache of parking, and this place was perfect for that. We really weren’t in the room too much, but it was definitely clean. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. I usually come to Houston once a year for the Rodeo, and I will definitely stay at this Quality Inn again next year.

If you are getting into town late and just need a place to sleep for a reasonable rate this place is perfect. Our suite had a somewhat peculiar smell when we first arrived but running both ACs seemed to clear it up pretty quickly. The place seems a little dated but has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the staff was very friendly.

In Houston for whatever reason? This is the hotel to stay at. Centrally located, affordable, clean, and the friendliest staff. This is home away from home
