Update to my review of 1÷20÷2016. The repair had been made prior to my review. Despite countless requests for PetersenDean to inform me of all visits to the residence(its my rental house so I am not there) the repair was performed without my knowledge. I have had good conversations with a customer rep(not with the people who answer the phone!!) on how this situation can be averted in the future.

I wish I could give no stars. I made an appointment and answered all the questions regarding my roof and its problem. I was given a 9am appointment with Bob Reiner on Nov 9. At 9:30 I called PetersenDean to ask where the appraiser was. She said he wasn’t answering his phone but she had sent an email. At 10:20 I called him. I told him we had had an appt at 9… when was he arriving. His response was,“We did?” His tone of voice was«I couldn’t care less». He then told me he doesn’t go on roofs. How on earth does he do estimates? I’m not impressed and dis-recommend PetersenDean if this is the quality of field representatives.

What a fantastic experience dealing with PetersenDean Roofing. From the salesman, Tom Smith, who explained everything in detail, to the project superintendent, Juma Hill, who made sure all the work met the company’s values and integrity, the entire project was outstanding! The crew chief, Jose Gonzalez and his men were polite, efficient, and made sure all debris was accounted for and carted away. Just an overall great business experience. I heartedly recommend PetersenDean Roofing to anyone considering a new roof.
