Panda Express

Fist of all the food was disgusting, poor cleaning management I did see a big cockroach right next to my table where me and my companions where sitting at. I ordered my orange chicken and when I proceeded to take a bite I noticed the chicken was still raw. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We have been here through drive-​thru only. This is the worst Panda Express we’ve been to. The portions (two occasions, first one we let slide) are too small. We ordered beef and broccoli, 90% broccoli and 10% other. I called to speak to manager and was told they were «out» (NEVER GOING BACK!) I felt ill after eating a bowl with orange chicken and noodles. Coincidence? I don’t know. I do not recommend this place and for the price we were disappointed both times.

I went there an tried to enjoy my lunch on the patio… A bomb walked up with a nasty dog an sat In front of the door spitting while we ate… I called inside to let management know that it was very disturbing … She said there is nothing she could do!!! Very unprofessional an nasty…

I’ve eaten here many times over years when I use to live around the area. Now I have to make a 16 miles round trip empty handed because they decided to close the doors 20 minutes before their closing time. Also when I went around to the drive thru they tell me that they hardly have anything food left. I use to work in the kitchen industry. So I know how much people want to leave home, but never at the expense of the customer.
I don’t know who’s the manager now, but things have definitely headed downhill. Never left so upset before. Never had an issue before. Never written a review before. And it saddens me to write a negative one about a place where it use to be so friendly and welcoming. Not anymore.
This places use to very clean, now it’s like nobody cares if there’s used napkins and chop stick on the floor and tables. Let alone the sticky tables and chairs. I usually go in and order to go, but after what I’ve seen the last few times, I definitely will never even think of wanting to dine in at Panda Express.
Next time I’ll definitely think twice of making a trip here and just pickup something else closer to home.

The food is decent. The price is expensive (but not enough to be a deal breaker). The service is adequate. They let you have samples before you order. The guy who helped me was new and looked lost, but he handled it pretty well and got my order right the first time.

usually pretty good service at panda express, the food is always fresh and portions are fair sized. I really enjoy ordering the steamed brown rice with my entrée, sometimes i opt for steamed white rice. they also have the passion tea and its stored unsweetened just they way i prefer to enjoy it, although i may add some sweetened tea to it.

This is a rough location. Food was not fresh and the customer service was lacking. There were four people ahead of me and I had to wait 15 minutes before they got to me. The fried rice was dry and hard and the orange chicken was very tough. This place is the bomb whenever people are on top of everything. That was not my experience today.

This where is customer service ever they never came to the drive-​through speaker so I pulled up to the window and what did I The girl with a go container putting food in my horn to see if she will turn around she came to the window she was doing her best not to acknowledge me. Who hire people with horrible customer service. If it has zero stars I would definitely. Put it

When you have a bunch of kids run the place you get service that looks like their bedrooms.

My coworkers and I arrived for lunch. We waited for 10 minutes and received no service. They were not busy. No one behind the counter acknowledged us. Both people then worked on a call in order and never said anything to any of us.

Went in there for the first time a few nights ago and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was good.
I would return to this location.
