One plate with drink cost almost ten dollars. Service is poor, sometimes you have to wait 15 – 30 minutes. The food is also very blend. Honestly, I can cook better fry rice. I try to stay away as long as possible.

Everything that I have ordered is a disappointment. Bland entrees at an expensive price.

Ready? Do you want to know why I did not rate it high? Panda Express used to be my favorite lunch spot until they discontinued the soup. I loved it so much. I even complimented the crew how the other Chinese restaurant(Shanghai Inn) couldn’t even cook a tasty hot and sour soup. I asked about it constantly. They kept lying until one day someone told me as soup will not be served ever again. Grrr. Fine. Give me one item with brown rice. Oh, man. Someone please teach them how to stir-fry broccoli correctly. It tasted like tossed in the pan and still raw. And, I don’t like my rice to be scorched. I didn’t order 鍋巴. Talk about a stomach pain afterwards. The only thing saved me is the orange chicken and egg rolls. We’ll see about that.

Went here merely for side items to go with my sushi rolls from HEB(they were fantanstic by the way). Yet, I can’t say the same about this food. We ended up ordering a meal because it was cheaper. We ordered Orange chicken, Broccoli Beef, fried rice & Chow mein. The only thing that was edible was the Orange chicken, it was tastey… On the contrary, the beef lacked flavor, rice & chow mein tasted old & dry. Even the freakin spring roll was disgusting. I literally took a bite & immediately spit it out, I could tell it was frozen & just dropped in grease, probably for the 2nd or 3rd time. This is why I seldomly frequent at large chain restaurants. The food is more authentic at the smaller independent locations. Enter at your own risk, you’ve been warned

Hello, just wanted to warn other people out there not to do their«buy one entrée, get one entrée free» deal! It’s buy one medium entrée, get a SMALL entrée free. I just went to go pick up my order and the medium entrée(just chicken) is the size of my hand, and the small entrée is the size of my fist. Not kidding, we opened it and it only has 3 pieces of chicken in it. This is just a scam from Panda trying to get you to pay for their single entrée’s, which are a HOBBIRLE value compared to if you get the«plate meal». The plate is $ 6.80 for 2 entrees and a side(rice) — which is good value. But I paid $ 7.47 for a med entrée and a small(free) entrée — no rice included. And its about half the size. Awful deal. Just wanting to warn everyone that this isn’t a deal. It’s a rip-off and my husband and I are are very upset. Won’t be going to Panda again.

Enjoying steamed white rice and chow mein with walnut shrimp and broccoli beef, I like the fact that they also serve steamed brown rice

I used to come here for lunch until Rosie quit or moved to another location or got a different shift. I just don’t like coming to this location anymore because the lines move super slow and the food is not distributed evenly. For instance, today I came here with a friend and we both got the same thing for lunch. His plate looked like the Leaning Tower of Pisa while mine looked like a bunch of rats had attacked it overnight and I was left with their morsels. Food is always fresh and warm. Unlike the location near Eldridge and 1960 this location always has great customer service, extremely great cleanliness [except for that one time when I went to grab a quick bite and I found the doors to be open and the place to be so humid like I felt as if I was in some swampland that I had to send feedback to their customer service on the receipt(for which I still have NOT received an acknowledgement to this day)], and can’t stop talking about the freshness of the food. Their rating would be much higher but they definitely make up for it in customer service and the freshness of the items than what they lack in the quickness in keeping the traffic afloat.

This location had amazing customer service but the food was not as good as others I’ve been to. Rice tasted under cooked and the pepper chicken was just ok

So I was excited to try the new items on the menu which was the shitake kale chicken and the orange chicken with bacon. So my order went as so, Me: Can i get the two entrée meal.Cashier:would you like to try the orange chicken with bacon. Me:Can i get the shitake chicken and the orange chicken with bacon. Cashier:with the bacon is 50 cent more.Me:well let me just get the orange chicken. So I get get home to taste everything. The orange chicken was lacking some of the sauce. The shitake kale chicken was quite delicious. The chow mein tasted like it was was old refrigerated food, I’ve had it fresh and that wasn’t fresh. I wonder how many places do that.

Pulled in drive thru last night about 8:50 pm. I understand they close in 10 minutes and obviously not everything will be available. Got the angus steak and peppercorn shrimp with fried rice. The protein portion tasted very good but the asparagus shoots were like sticks, woody and fibrous and totally inedible. There were several pieces of gristle in the steak and two pieces of onion skin. Not very pleasant. The fried rice was actually quite good. the rice was soft and felt fresh in my mouth but tasted a little bland. Nothing a dash of soy didn’t fix. They did knock off 10% for lack of selection but alas, No I probably wouldn’t eat here again.

Normally I would never write a bad review but went here today and the service was terrible. My daughter has special dietary needs and after explaining to the girl behind the counter her response, in the most condescending manner was, they don’t make special orders. That’s a flat out lie cause the one on I-10 and sawyer makes it for her all the time. Guess there is a reason that location is empty 24⁄7. Avoid if you care about service.
