I love me some panda express and just love the fact that it is so close to our home that we can just drive 5 minutes and it is there to us. The only thing I don’t like it is that they seem to take forever to give us our food and that they don’t serve so much.

I love the food here but the service is extremely slow. I stood in line at least 10 – 15 mins before I reached the counter. Don’t come in this location during rush hour they can’t handle the flow. There was only one girl working in the front and customers were walking out of the door. Luckily I’m hungry enough to wait around. The faculty was clean and comfortable. I love the peppered chicken give it a go!!! My food is always HOT and FRESH!!!

The dining room had 2 customers but over 5 tables filthy and trash was over flowing in the garbage cans. Line of customers while 2 employees were on break together. Looks like s mess.

Service was half worked I asked for white rice did not like the taste of it so I asked for an exchange for some egg rolls instead(2) and was only given 1 and was told they are almost 3 $ per egg roll which is not true but my white rice side was 3 $. The whole time they were giving me my egg rolls they were speaking about me to each other(talking shit). When we first ordered the food they just left it on top of the counter they didn’t give it to us in our hands as they normally do and left the plates and bowls uncovered. The people around waiting to order were also just coughing a lot and it just gave me more disgust with the food and service. Food was cold. DONOTGOHERE! NOGOOD!

(Skip to bottoms for abridged) Let me start by saying this: I am new to the area and was looking for quick Chinese food after work. I found Panda Express online. I saw the 2 star review but decided to be optimistic and hope for a better experience. That was not the case. I went online and placed my order thinking it would be crowded and I didn’t really want to wait after working a 12 hour day. I placed my order at 6:06pm. The site told me it would be ready at 6:30. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:28. As I walked in I noticed that there were only 4 people in line and 1 that had just paid and was about to sit down. Just as I walked by the gentleman he stood back up. He proceeded back to the counter to inform the employees he had received the wrong food. That was the start of my bad experience. As I stood by the registers I watched as 3 of the 4 employees try to figure out how they messed up and switched people’s food and charged them wrong as well. After about 5 minutes of standing there, 6:35ish, I I watched as the 4 people in line grew to roughly 15. 2 of the 4 original guests in line decided the wait wasn’t worth their time. Their food was already boxed I might add. And it had been boxed since I walked in. So with now more than 20 people in the building with no one taking orders and the one working register people started to become restless. After about 10 minutes of me being there they refunded the gentleman who received the wrong food and corrected their mistake. I politely asked one of the employees, a young man, if the online orders had been prepared yet. To this question I received a very puzzled look. I repeated myself and without asking me anything he started fumbling through receipts then finally asked for my name. He said ah okay, I’ll get that right for you. I replied saying thank you. I watched as he walked to get the noodles to start my order. He then realized they were out. So he proceeded to the back to start cooking. After waiting the few minutes for him to cook the noodles I starting to get a little more irritated about how long it was taking. I watched as he boxed noodles then went to get the meat. He stopped to go back and help someone else at the register. My noodles sat there for another couple minutes. I approached a woman that was working and asked if she could finish up my order. At this point it was roughly 6:50. I stepped back from the counter so other customers could see. She began placing food into the box and kept looking at the receipt. After she put veggies in the box I realized she was clearly making the wrong order. I approached again and said ma’am that’s not what I had ordered. She replied to me «oh this isn’t your order, we’re waiting on fried rice for yours» to which I responded more irritated than earlier, «I didn’t have fried rice. I had noodles. Not fried rice, noodles» she looked at the receipt and then faced it to me. The order she was making was not mine. I’m getting tired of typing all the wrong things they did so I’m going to get to the point. I got my food at 6:59. Brought it to a table and realized it was still wrong. I went back and asked much ruder than earlier for them to hurry and get my food correct. I sat down at 7:02 to finally eat. The 2 people who left the line at the beginning of the story. Yeah one of their food boxes was served to another customer about 10 minutes before I got my food. The other customers food is still sitting there at 7:26 as I type this. If I hadn’t purchased the food online I would have left a long time ago. All the employees are doing all jobs; cooking, cleaning the dining area, ringing people out, and assembling the boxes. Final thoughts, or if you skipped down: Don’t go. Waste of time, effort, gas, and anything else you can think of. The food is not warm. Except the noodles. Took too long. Doesn’t taste good at all, very poor customer service, no organization, poor management, and messy dining area. 0⁄5 for everything

Food was slightly warm. Girl at the counter unimpressed by her job and it showed. Will not be back.

What more can you ask? It’s fast food, but this particular branch has a solid staff who’re kind, responsive and will almost always cook something fresh to order for you if it doesn’t look great on the line to you. For that important merit, this place is built to last.

Employee sleeping at one of the tables,! I will not eat here, again, not just because of this, also the employees behind the line have a «Don’t Care» attitude. And correcting me in the names of the items, example I said orange flavor chicken, she said you mean orange chicken, I said white rice, she said you mean white rice, annoying.

I eat at this location 3 – 5 time a week for my lunch. The girls are friendly and quick. They do not waste time if they are busy, but will chat with you when they are slow. The portions are good, and I rarely have to wait for any of the entrees(as often as I am there, it is expected). Overall a very efficient, clean location. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

I dinned in and ordered 1 side of chowmein with 2 sides for total of ~$ 10. I had only 4 shrimps in my plate… oh yeah I counted my shrimps. The food was ok but I feel that the girl was being cheap for the amount of food I paid for. I would not go back to this location ever again!!!

Clean and tasty, and the food is hot, but they consistenly serve less food than any other Panda Express. Don’t bother with the entrée’s that they charge an extra dollar for. You pay more, but get significantly less — like half the usual serving.

It is about as good as you can expect for Chinese Fast Food. The food is always a little overcooked and just tastes like it has been under the heat lamps for quite some time. I would rather order take out and wait 45 mins for the good stuff…

I ordered the firecracker chicken and it was spicy, but didn’t really have any flavor. The chicken pieces were so small and full of peppers mostly and onions. I prefer other chinese restaurants. I won’t be going back anytime soon. However the personnel is very courtesous & friendly.
