Empower your employees to make a decision. Wanted to purchase 35 gifts in bulk asked for a small discount was told no they’re not allowed to do that for customers. It would’ve been a large amount for minimal return. Going to Hobby lobby

This is my ultimately favorite location! I wish I could shop here everyday! They are always up to date on their merchandise and they display new items a lot quicker than other locations! I’m always finding new project life and scrapbooking materials. They recently just added some new editions and kits and are having a sale for 40% off becky higgins items. I think they’re making way for the new items and am so excited!
The line was a bit long, but we didn’t have to wait that long because they opened up another register immediately. The store is neatly organized and brightly lit. Everything is placed in such an easy way to find whatever it is you’re looking for.

This is the closest craft store from my house, but that is basically the only reason why I go here. All of their stuff is over priced, and if you have a question it takes forever to find someone to help you.

Michael’s has everything you need for crafting. I’m not a huge crafter, but whenever I need something, they have it. They don’t have a lot of workers since it never gets really busy, but when you really need help looking for something, it might take longer to find a worker than to actually find the item.
Once I came and checking out took a very long time. This is because the customers ahead had a lot of items. and there was only one cashier. Overall, this place has what I need.

This is a pretty darned nice Michael’s. Of course it’s new and clean, so it has not worked up that layer of funk that a lot of the places get. The people here are nice as well. Given the store size, it may not have all the stuff the MegaMichael’s have, but having it close by in the neighborhood is awesome.

This is one of the most oddly arranged Michael’s (with the dead space in the middle of the store and everything else super cramped around it), but I am am down grading to three stars because HIRE SOME PEOPLE, okay? Seriously?! There is no reason to wait in like behind 8 people on a Thursday morning at 11 am. The line system implemented awhile back makes the waiting more painful and doesn’t speed things up a lick. Plus though, Michael’s has a great app now and you never have to search for the coupons every again. They’re on your phone. So yay on that. But seriously, for the wait on Thursday, I won’t come near here come the holidays. I don’t hate myself that much
