First time I’ve ever been to panda express and their food is god awful. I had the sweet sour chicken and people are literal garbage at cooking. I might as well hop over the counter and show them how to cook chinese food. I ordered the noodles with sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken. Just from the taste I can tell you their process of making it. They slice the chicken into little pieces and coat it with large amount of dough to make the pieces of chicken look bigger. Then they most likely sink then chicken into soy sauce and vinegar. The chicken has no sweet taste at all and is so sour it burned my nose a bit when I tried to sniff the chicken. Noodles are garbage as well. These people most likely took already made raw noodles and stir fried it with soy sauce and nothing else. This place is awful. Bleh. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My 1st time at Panda Express. I was on campus, and hungry for a bite to eat, so I headed to the new UC, and decided to try out this place. I was hesitant after seeing the line, but saw that they had an express lane with limited menu choices, so I thought«what the heck, let’s take the shortcut». I looked at the menu screens and realized one entrée and side would be $ 5.59, so I went ahead and ordered fried rice and walnut shrimp. I was charged additional for ordering a «premium entrée» and my total came out to $ 7.40. I was more disappointed that the lady didn’t mention the additional charge when I was ordering than I was about the price. Overall the food wasn’t all that great, I overpaid and got under serviced.

This was my first time going to a Panda Express, but if they’re all like this location I’ll pass. They were out of mixed veggies, brown rice, and who knows what else. I couldn’t properly hear the person behind the counter, and I’m pretty sure she couldn’t here me. I should have left at this point, but instead I persisted. I asked her«Does your lo mein or fried rice have any meat byproducts like chicken stock or w/e» and she responded«So you want this?» and it was awful. I asked for white rice and I don’t really know what she said, but she didn’t comply so basically I just got 1 single entrée(the shrimp one). When it was time to pay I was charged«1 Prem Charge Combo» and when I asked him why I think he said it was cause of the shrimp? But as I said it’s really difficult to communicate due to the noise level. So I paid $ 5.14 for ~10 shrimps and a headache. The actual taste was pretty bad too. So all in all, it was a waste of my life, time, money, and energy. I went at 2:45PM so if you actually LIKE this place, maybe you should try going earlier or else they’ll be out of half the stuff on the menu!
