The Best!!! i love Pampa it’s delicious! everything is full of flavor and taste. the staff is very friendly. and I often go there because it soooooo good. the desserts the meats the bread the pasta it’s all goodness and pleasure for my tastebuds. i go there with my friends and they always compliment me for choosing such an excellent place.

Best people in town, food excellent quality and competitive prices. Love it all. This side of town is not my favorite but I make the effort to visit anyway.

The best hidden gem around here in the Spring Branch area! Located in a strip shopping center, small but nice wait staff, Vicky is a gracious hostess and the Entrana is to die for!

The food here is amazing! I especially love the mollejas (sweetbreads) and the empanadas.

Amazing Food, Service, the place was busy but we where greeted and waited just a few minutes for a table… Appetizers came out fast same for the food, the milanesas are amazing we tried the fugazeta, fungi and the romana the portions are huge and delicious, we even had leftovers! Strongly Recommend leave room for the tiramisu it’s great! :-)

If your looking for fresh food with fantastic flavor. Pampa is your place. I have eaten here several times but this is my first review on Unilocal.
I ordered the skirt steak. It is tender and juicy. Serving is more than enough. Lots of value in the plate here!
Pampa has a «family owned feel» because it is and you can feel the love in each bite.
My husband ordered the short ribs with mash potatoes. Best he has ever had!!!
The rolls are made here. NO FROZEN BREAD AT PAMPA! Served hot and yummy. You won’t be disappointed but be prepared for a new Houston favorite for your list!

Nice, clean place hidden away in a strip center. Patient service and nice ambience. Understated décor with soft traditional music playing in the background. The tiramisu was excellent and we were told it’s made on site. Will definitely come back to try something else.

You know its good when you see Argentinian families and elderly couples having a good time. Look around and get what the regulars are eating. The grilled meats were fantastic. Best sweetbreads I’ve had. Best Parrillada I’ve had. FYI — its BYOB. Also get there early because it fills up and it looked like several tables were reserved.

Best Parrillada in town, Price is fair, Place has the right environment, music is lovely, and the service is the best I’ve had in a long time, if you are thinking about going don’t hesitate, it is your best choice, Don’t forget to bring you wine with you, you are going to need it: D

After reading the positive reviews, we decided to go there for lunch.
There is no lunch card, but the prices are reasonable.
The waitress was very friendly and helpful by explaining about my meal. So I decided to go for it.
Very tasty, a lot of nice soft beef with slightly spices and herbs, so one could still taste the good meat. I am glad I listen to the reviews which said it is enough meat on the main dishes. So we did not order any appetizers. Good choice, hahahaha. After that there was no room for dessert, even it looked delicious and has been recommended in some reviews. May be next time we go there and we know we have to take part of those delicious meals at home and try some appetizers and/​or dessert.
We will be soon inArgentina, so I will find out how authentic it is.
It is a nice little restaurant and the 4 stars are well deserved.

We came here last night for dinner. The last time I came was about 2 years ago. The food was delicious 2 years ago and it is still delicious today! I ordered milanesa. It was deliciously breaded and j got fried plantains on the side. Sooo good! I’m Salvadorian so I’m used to eating those with a creama (cream). My husband got half a sandwich which was HUGE! I honestly thought they gave him a full sandwich but nope, it was a half. My brother ordered grilled steak. Oh my gosh… I should have ordered the STEAK. It was so flavorful and tender and paired deliciously with chimichurri. Will be back! And will bring wine next time as it is BYOB!

I have never had Argentinian food before. A friend of mine took me to this place to eat for lunch. I liked the look of the place because it was kind of what I would consider a «hole in the wall». and I mean that in a very positive, good way. I am posting a picture of what I ordered but I don’t recall what it was called. I just know it was on the bottom right-​hand side of the menu. I thought it was absolutely delicious. Also I ordered a beef empanada as an appetizer. That was very good as well. I thought the service was excellent and overall the place was very clean and cozy. Another great thing about this place is that their prices are very reasonable. So I can definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants something a little bit different but really good food.

Great place to buy quality meat Argentina style for barbecue (asado). Friendly staff and great environment. Location is a down side dunces it’s far away from the woodlands but totally worth the trip.

Me encanto!!! Es un pequeño y acogedor restaurant. La decoracion es encantadora y el trato exelente. La comida exquisita, y los precios verdaderamente rasonables. Y como si fuera poco podes comprar yerba, adobo, dulce, alfajores, harina y tantas de esas cosas que tanto apreciamos uruguayos y argentinos.

Holy mother of meats! That’s what she said! This place is «too legit to quit». If you haven’t eaten here do yourself a favor and eat here. Oh, it’s also BYOB so that’s good. Empanadas are delish! Service is great and everyone is incredibly friendly! Yummy in my tummy!

The food at Pampa is hands down some of the best I have had in a very long time! My boyfriend and I tried a little of everything. We ordered spinach and cheese empanadas, ground meat filled empanadas, and ham and cheese empanadas as our appetizers. We were brought a basket with warm rolls, chimichurri sauce, and a green and red pepper relish, which was so good! We shared the Parillada Simple for 2, but there was enough meat for at least 3 people. We had plenty left over to take home. As if all if this weren’t enough, we ordered a side of rice and fried yucca. Again, way too much for 2 people. We also shared a slice of tiramisu, which we really enjoyed. We didn’t know it’s BYOB, so next time, we’re definitely bringing our wine!

Have to say this place is pretty darn good. I was born a Texan but I am a Argentino at heart. Last time I went I had the Matambre a la pizza with potatoe salad. Meat was cooked perfectly, the potatoe salad was kinda dry/​bland. I added some mayonnaise and salt and it tasted great. If I lived closer I would go more often, maybe one day they will open another one on the north side lol

I have one reservation about this place but first the positives…
This is a small nondescript restaurant from the outside in a strip shopping center on Hammerly. When you walk in you see a restaurant and a market! The restaurant occupies more space than the market and is nicely decorated. I have eaten here twice. The first time I had the entrana steak that came with a salad and veggies. I must say the steak was one of the better ones that I have had recently. Very tender, flavorful and juicy. That meal lists for $ 12.99 which is a real value especially for the quality.
The second visit consisted of too many memories of that steak so I ordered their steak sandwich that consisted of the entrana. It was excellent also and came with regular frozen fries that were average for $ 8.99 for ½ of a whole sandwich. It was still a lot of food and the sandwich was excellent on very good bread.
This is a very good place to eat and could possibly warrant a 5 rating however… the waiter leaves something to be desired.
It was the same guy both times. The first time the service was good but when I paid in cash he rounded up my change and gave me only dollar bills back shorting me about 35cents in change. It’s not about the money I just hate it when waiters do that. He spoke very little English so it was difficult to communicate with him about it so I just let it go.
The second time about 3 weeks later I finished my meal and it took him forever to notice I was finished and bring me the check. Fortunately he brought me the correct change this time. What really disappointed me was that I had ordered the whole sandwich and actually repeated the order but he only brought me the ½. He couldn’t get that right. His language barrier of speaking little English really hurts his performance. Oh well…
It’s a nice restaurant with good food. A hidden gem.
P. S. On my most recent visit I tried the meat lasagna and it was very good. My table service was also better. I like the Argentinian music (tango and ballad) playing in the back ground. This place has really good food.
