I’ve been using pack n send for my home/​apartment moves since 2012 and they have never let me down! Oscar and his team always do a great job. They are friendly and professional. Through 3 moves and many flights of stairs they have never dinged or damaged any of my furniture – and I have a lot of furniture! Moving is stressful enough on its own, it’s nice to have movers you can trust to get the job done.

I have been using Pack n Send for my company since 2000. They have shipped for me cartons as well as pallets all over the US… They have also shipped to clients of mine in other countries. Since I sell to major retailers, I have yet to have a complaint about their deliveries or packing. Now the carriers have damaged some cartons but it was not Pack N Send doings. I highly recommend there services

Was very disappointed by their shipping service. Was given an estimated 3-​day window of pickup, which wasn’t made until a full week later; we were not notified of the delay. The driver then also missed the committed date of delivery. We actually intercepted the shipment by driving 1−½ hours to meet the driver. I asked for an adjustment on the price we paid for the shipment because of this and was denied and then ignored. Very unreliable service with poor communication and follow through.
Noticed one positive review and that their negative reviews are not posted.
Would not recommend and would not use this company again.

Do not use this company to ship, this company marks everything up by a huge factor. Plus they were dishonest on pickup time, had promised to pick and ship my item next business day but instead took seven days to pickup, kept asking for this and that and giving all kinds of excuses (related to weather «in spring!!»). Slow pickup, overpaid Pack n send by about $ 50.
Take you business elsewhere!
