Over priced to use the computers I do like that they are ²⁴⁄₇. I needed to finish up a project and my laptop was having issues so I was forced to pay to use the desktops here. It was quiet and clean I just think they should have a by the hour or half hour instead of by the minute.

Did you know there are three 24 hour Fed Ex places in the Greater Houston Area? Well I found out when I needed a lot of personal paperwork copied. This one, one towards Katy off the 1 – 10 and Sugar Land. Most Fed Ex offices close between 6pm and 11pm.

So the Fed Ex stores are where you go for your copying needs whether self serve or full service. They also have computer rental varying from .35 to .45 cents per minute. The price is determined by the programs you use (example photo shop would be more). Plus other more complicated programs. There are nice brown partitions between the computers so you have more privacy.
Self service copying is .12 cents per copy and the machines can collate many copies all at once. The only negative feature is that the machine shut down on me several times. It has some built in timer that I couldn’t adjust. My paperwork was of a complicated nature. So there was much unstapling, sorting and restapling constantly. The machine was in excellent condition and I only had one problem with it in many many hours.
The staff was wonderful to me. No complaints. If you are doing self service try to get an employee to walk you through at the beginning so you know how to work the machine and not bug the employees constantly. The employees stay very busy usually on customers full service jobs.
The parking is right out front in the parking lot. They have packaged snacks, gum and water for sale. They also have private locking restrooms for their customers. They also carry a hole punch, pens, paper clips and rubber bands for the self servers.
The only reason why they are not 5 stars is because the machine shutted off too soon on me too many times. This probably would not be a problem for someone with easier copying needs.

I work at a business that has its own printer so if I drive 15 min at 7 am on a Sunday to get some documents printed I need it now, not an attitude that «im off the clock» and TWO threats by employees when I tried to do the latest thing, and make a video of me asking a clerk for the manager’s name for a complaint. I was basically told to help myself on the new system where I can print it, and that’s no problem, but I had already sent the items to their in house printer before anyone asked if I needed help and was basically pushed aside. the person who said he was off the clock went outside and when I went to my work truck, let me know that now we were outside «whatever we were talking about was out here» like a threat to take it to the street. went back inside to politely print my documents, then turned on my video phone to ask the other clerk who the employee was that made the threat, and was told «you ain’t supposed to be tapin’ me» all ghetto and then they went and CALLED THE POLICE on me. so basically the employees at this Fed Ex will refuse to help and take whatever steps to make sure their manager doesn’t get the complaint. even to the point making a ridiculous police call, wasting 911 time, officer time, etc. they should get fired for not even deserving a good job like that. by the way, I was so freaked out that I left right away watching for the police to pull me over and take that punishment for no reason at all, because of these 2 clerks. Stay away unless you are black because #blacklivesmatter at Fed Ex chimney rock more than the rest of us

None of the 3 copiers at this location were working: One had to be rebooted, one never worked, and one had to be filled up with paper before I could use it. What could have taken 30 minutes took over an hour. Ain’t nobody got time for that!

Terrible reputation is well deserved and well documented. I don’t know what else to add other than the employees here simply do NOT care… one employee was posted up sitting in a chair by the Xerox machines straight CHILL’n…he wasn’t helping anyone or interested in attempting to help anyone. He was just literally CHILL’n at work, collecting a paycheck.
Service here is parallel if not worse to that of a thesis world country. If I owned this location I would seriously think of a complete overhaul of my employees… this is just unacceptable customer service.

Came in to send out some paper work for my sister. The store was pretty empty, which I was happy about, was in a bit if a rush. I saw a couple of employees there just Allon and laughing, but no one really asked to help me as I was lost trying to find the perfect envelope to send out the papers. I finally found what I was looking for and got in line. Well I wasn’t there for too long when an employee from the back came to help me. He was nice and had a smile on his face. He took my envelope and on my way I went. Overall it was an ok experience. Got done what I needed to get done.

Omg, worst service ever! They are just in their own world. Some small work that would take less than 5 min, they took forever. The guy kept ignoring us and roaming around and humming around talking to his friends while we are still standing there. He clearly sees we are waiting for him. But no, he doesnt care. After waiting for like 20 min then we got help by the guy.
Please go somewhere else, this fedex is the worst.

Service from the girl was expected by the reviews here. She was unmotivated, passive, and just did not want to engage in a conversation or even smile! I had to make a correction on the zip code I was shipping to and she didn’t bother waiting around and just walked to the back. When I was finished she did not want to help me and told her co-​worker to help me (she had her back turned to me and just made a hand motion to her co-​worker). Chris was definitely the life of the party there as he was all smiles and all talk. He kept me entertained while inputting the information (even continued to hold the conversation with me as he picked up the phone to someone calling in! haha good or bad… well…). It wasn’t until the girl from before snapped her fingers at him that he stopped to help the customer on the phone. Upon realizing that I was having to wait pretty long, while he helped the customer on the phone he apologized and then hurried to get me out of there. Not the best fedex I’ve been to, but better than usps any day.

I received excellent service at this location when I went in to have some documents laminated. Ron was very quick to take my order and to complete the job well. And, the price was better than I’d thought it might be. I will gladly return here for future orders!

I came here for copies and I left with copies so I guess I’m satisfied though not thrilled. The employees were nice, but it doesn’t seem like they’ve been trained with how to use the self service machines.
I was making a lot of copies and put them in the feeder and it got stuck so I asked the lady for help and once she restarted it, she turned my papers head first. I asked her specifically whether the copier was smart enough to re-​orient itself and got a blank stare and told «the way you had it, they can get stuck». Sure enough, after the 20 copies went through I saw that my vertical pages were printed horizontally.
Then for legal size papers I asked the guy who worked there and again, he couldn’t figure it out so he went in the back and copied them and refunded me for the incorrectly printed pages.
All in all, it seemed a lot more hassle than it needed to be, but where else is open on a Sunday night?

Irresponsible staff who don’t communicate with each other and have no sense of customer service. Was rude last time i went. Very disappointed! What a failure for this location. Lots of other fed ex’s, skip this one. There’s a reason for the low rating…

I wish I could give this store negative stars.
No wonder everyone writes such horrible stuff about this place.
I go to this location cause it’s closest to where I live. The printing isn’t bad, but the people here are the worst employees that I think I have ever encountered.
I was just trying to reprint one page of something that I had printed the night before and I had very specific instructions to make sure the colors matched.
The first person I talked to said she didn’t know how to print (at a print store) so waited ten minutes for the other girl. She decided to tell me that she didn’t want to listen to my print instructions, told me «why don’t I just do it myself» and then said she wouldn’t help me!
Called a third lady who also said she didn’t know how to print, and kept asking the lady who refused to help me for instructions!
At this point if got upset and asked to talk to the manager who just kept repeating I should calm down without actually letting me speak!
I decided to walk out and As I walked out one the last lady (who was super disrespectful) decided to follow me out and WRITE MY LICENSE PLATE NUMBER ON HER HAND!
I walked back and at this point got really angry. That is a fringe or personal space!

I’m definitely going to call and have stall with the store manager.

Although I read negative comments about this location, I entered the store with an open mind. The computers were really slow (maybe dialup connections) and the color printer in the self service area was not working. I wound up printing my own copies on the self service copiers instead of having an employee offer to do them on the higher quality copiers. The employees spent more time shipping packages then helping customers with prating and copying needs. This is the down side of FedEx being part of Kinkos, or vice versa.

I’m going to echo Katie M. and call BS on the new box policy. Prepaid box ready to go and the lady at the front tells me she won’t accept it because the box is a little tacky. My driver always picks up my boxes and I’ve seen ones way worse make it through. Thank god my driver happen to be there at the same time and he took it without any problems. Worst location in Houston. Takes forever for them just to get through 5 people in queue. I type these labels up in my sleep at my job and I saw one guy take 15 minutes alone for 2 boxes. I wish I could give zero stars to be honest

I don’t even think they wanted me in there. lol. They didn’t welcome me when I came in. No greeting no nothing. They even talked among themselves before even asking me what I needed. I went in for a fax. Sent the fax. Left. I felt like the machines could have ran the store because it’s not like the humans that worked in there were of any help.

I usually only review restaurants but sometimes I have a service experience so bad that I am compelled to leave a bad review. This FedEx Office (Westheimer near Chimney Rock) is by leaps and bounds the worst FedEx Office I’ve ever been to (and sadly work takes me to a lot of them!). I’ve been here three times and each time the store has been understaffed and the few employees on duty are slow and/​or inept. Today was the last straw as in addition to the other problems, the employees and manager were just plain rude.
Today’s visit involved a nearly 20-​minute wait just to get to the counter. I actually had a preprinted label ready but the lady at the counter refused to let me just drop my package off, telling me I had to wait in line. During my wait, at least three other customers in line got so tired of waiting that they simply left. When I finally got to the counter, the lady told me she wouldn’t ship my package because there was a small dent on the side of the box! I was almost speechless. After another wait after asking for the manager, the manager brusquely told me she would ship my package «this one time» but in the future I needed to use a «new box» if I were to ship there. I told her not to bother and I left to go to a different FedEx location.
Fortunately, I will never have to test this store’s rogue «new box» policy as I will never set foot in this FedEx Office again. For anyone considering coming here, there is an alternative location to the northeast at Post Oak near San Felipe where the service is good but the parking is often lousy. Looking at Google maps there’s also one to the northwest near San Felipe and Augusta, as well as another about 2 miles west down Westheimer. I can’t imagine any of them provide anything resembling the abusive experience this one does.

If I could avoid this place, I would. I’ve come here to pick up packages at two separate locations. (This is because my FedEx driver was tossing packages over the neighborhood fence instead of delivering them to my door.)
The first time I picked up a package, it took this woman 15 minutes to try and figure out how to «scan» my package as received. The second time around, another woman was just scowling at me the whole time. If you need a reason to like them, music plays out of a boom box in the corner. Old school.
