Comfort Suites – Near the Galleria

Stayed here one night had the best service. Everyone was friendly, rooms were EXTREMELY nice and clean. David the guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful. We left to go see the sites and came back after a few hours and the electricty was out due to a transformer going out. The staff handled it really well and kept everyone calm. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

My usual favorites were sold out so I found this one close by. Pictures looked promising. Arrived at 9:30 at night and quickly figured out the pictures were a ruse. Old run down property. Checked in, got to room, wifi doesn’t work. Went down to ask if they had a vending machine with bottled water and was mumbled something about «no only out market». I asked what did that mean and she said «this stuff right next to us». I asked for a bottled water and she said «sold out». Will never stay here again and will not recommend.

We got this place at a discount due to freecreditreport and was good for under $ 100 with my family

Used to stay here under my Choice Hotels discount, but I now work for Hilton. I liked this place. The pool was pretty nice and peaceful to sit at. Security does their job, parking wasn’t a disaster, staff was kind and gave me late checkouts since I was a frequent guest, rooms were clean, the interior/​exterior was well-​kept. Good management I would say. I remember getting free bottled water and Venus razors every time I stayed. That was nice/​convenient. It was a close walk to Stereo Live, a concert venue that I frequently go to with friends. Made nothing but good memories here during the several times that I stayed! Now that I live in Houston, I don’t have to stay at any hotels here. Haha.
