Neighborly Appliance Repair

Our just out of warranty washer started acting up and I just gambled by calling
Neighborly based on Unilocal reviews. The first thing I noticed is that he was available and answered my call right away. This just shows that someone actually wants my business. Kalvin (spelling ?) gave me a reasonable timeframe and showed up in time. He told me about a diagnostic fee which seemed reasonable.
Now the real test, he diagnosed and told me it was the pump that needed to be replaced and it was additional $$$. Long story short replacing the pump did not resolve the issue, but he gave me a warranty and his word that he will fix it. Thats where things get interesting. He followed up over at least 6 visits (I lost count) to get this thing right. Let me tell you I have seen very few businesses that would follow up on their word like this one. Fixing a modern washer is not trivial and at times I thought of just replacing it, but I took a chance with this business and I wasn’t disappointed. His charge was very reasonable and he made every effort to accommodate my busy schedule.

I called Neighborly Appliance because my washer stopped working. I have twin boys and a 5 year old so we wash every 3 days or so. I called and the technician, Calvin, responded in less than an hour! The service was great and their professionalism was top notch. In addition the cost was very reasonable! I would definitely recommend!

Pretty fast response time and knew what they were doing. They made sure I needed the service and found a really responsible price. Didn’t take long on the repair and no mess when it was done.

I called Neighborly Appliance because my refrigerator stopped working. I had family in town and needed it fixed immediately! Not only was the technician very friendly and knowledgeable, he also responded to my call in less than an hour.
I will definitely call Neighborly Appliance again if I ever need another repair. The technician only charged flat rate labor and I didn’t feel like he was trying to rack up hours. Overall, the service was efficient and successful. My fridge was back in working order in no time!
