I bought an «e-gift certificate» as part of a promotion they were having in Sept 2015. Needless to say, I have yet to try this place because they keep rescheduling my appointment! A few times they ran out of the whitening product. Another time they were doing construction. And another time they were having electrical issues and that they were moving to a different location. After this last time(4th reschedule) I asked for a refund. The girl I spoke to said she would issue a refund and that I could still use my e-gift certificate for the inconvenience. But here I am, 2 ½ weeks later and still no refund. No one answers the phone or returns calls even after leaving voicemails. I wouldn’t recommend anyone here. The crazy part is that they’re STILL running promotions on Instagram. If you’re having that many issues, why run promotions and have customers buy it when you can’t even provide the service in a timely manner?

Left 4 messages in an attempt to use my Groupon and never received a call back. Finally in a search for an alternative number or email I found their online booking form. I booked my appointment. When I showed up the door was locked and no one was there. I called the number and for the first time someone picked up. She informed me she was at a meeting and would head there shortly. I waited 20 minutes. When she arrived she was professional and pleasant and really seemed to care about her work. The interior was clean and pleasantly decorated. Not sure why there was such a problem getting someone to return a call or show up on time, but the final result was nice.

I got my teeth whitened here with my bf, whenever we walked in the girl in the front didn’t even greet us or smile. Good customer service would be nice. Well whenever we were done, our teeth were about a couple shades lighter. Problem is that it only stayed white for a few days. We stayed away from foods and drinks they told us to avoid and everything. I would not go back. it was a complete waste of money.

I saw a special on IG for naturally white so I bought one for my boyfriend and I. I booked my appointment and they called me the day of my appointment to reschedule me. No problem– I know that things come up, so I rescheduled and the day of my rescheduled appointment, I was sick with throat issues. Knowing that I would have to sit with my mouth open and whitening paste on my teeth, I rescheduled. Again, the day of my now rescheduled twice appointment, they called me AGAIN to reschedule. Ok fine. Same thing happens again, I can’t make it, I call to reschedule my rescheduled appointment because my original appointment on Mondays works best for me and they’ve now rescheduled me twice to a different day that I couldn’t make. We’re even. They rescheduled me twice for«work going on at the building», I’ve rescheduled twice for being sick, etc. I go online to make another appointment and the day of the appointment I get an email saying that my appointment had been cancelled online by them. I called to see what was going on because I was finally going to be able to make the appointment on a Monday that I’ve been trying to make, and she claims that she’s not sure how«it got cancelled online.» She try’s to play dumb like she’s not sure how that could have happened because it didn’t happen by me and it didn’t happen by her however the appointment time had already been rebooked online in the last 5 min that it took me to read the email and then call to see what was going on. THEN she tried to argue with me saying that I had rebooked my appointment so many times that she couldn’t reschedule me. Moral of the story-they rebooked me twice and then when I booked the third time they tried to «get rid of me». I’m not an idiot, and I know that they cancelled my appointment to make room for someone else all three times. I did end up getting in that day because I demanded a refund if they wouldn’t see me, since they again cancelled my appointment. She did see me and the process worked just OK. I thought it was very unprofessional and I will not go back nor will I tell my very large client data base about them.

I just got here, and its upstairs. My appointment is at 10:15 and right now it is 10:07. The doors are locked and I called them and said someone will be right there to unlock the door. And it’s freaking cold outside too! What kind of business does this to their customer?! But I will do another review for my service. Okay so the staff was nice, the service was good but it made my teeth really sensitive, I have the glo system at home which I use but it never leaves my teeth feelings all weird or causes pain. But I will give this place 2 stars. I don’t think I will be returning to this place.

I bought a one hour whitening session from them for $ 99, which is really three 20 minute sessions. The results are only slightly noticeable. I wouldn’t recommend it. I’d say go to your dentist’s office and pay the money for the professional service. You’d probably have better results.

They said they welcome walk– in, but I was at the shopping center and I had been waiting for them to open for 2 hours from 9:00 to 11:00 and still, no one was at the store. They said the business hour is from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. I left my last voicemail at around 12:00; and I finally received their call at 12:45pm. They said we can make reservation online, but there’s no way for me to make a reservation online not for today, tomorrow or for any day next week. So I gave up and I went to another place for teeth whitening treatment instead. The girl who finally called sounded really sweet. So I gave the store 1 star.

Very friendly staff! Wanted extra white instant teeth so I decided to get teeth whitened. My teeth were already white before but this service lifted my teeth about 3 shades whiter. It takes about an 1 hour and 15 mins and you can’t eat for 2 hours afterwards.
