Seriously, I never leave bad reviews. If you want to get in touch with management, you might want to camp out her office considering she is just that busy. Very misleading information given prior to signing lease. The pool is gorgeous. The gym is amazing too. Unless your facing outward your apartment will appear dark inside. Was very excited to Move here. However I’m glad I didn’t. The management is the worst ever experienced. So for that, one star considering there is no choice to give zero.

I am a owner in the North Tower and love this community. This is a great community of both renters and owners. Everyone is very friendly and I have found this to be one of the best places I have lived in Houston. The amenities in the building are worth what you pay for. The renters are valued by the owners and are an asset to the property because they keep down the HOA fees and require the management to maintain the building at a higher level the renters have access to all the buildings awesome perks: Valet, Gym, Media Room, Conference Center, Onsite Management, 24÷7÷365 Concierge, Coffee Bar, Business Center, Dog Park, Social Lounge, Hot tub, Fire Pits, Outdoor Kitchen, Infinity Heated Pool. My floor is very quiet and clean The unit has high ceilings that a thick concrete so I never hear walking above my unit. The front yard is Herman Park: 10 minute walk to Miller Outdoor theater, Zoo, Museums… I can’t speak to the complaints about the management company for the renters and not sure if it the same company as the owners but all the staff have always been extremely professional and friendly… I feel like I live at a 5 star resort.

Nice apartment building if you’re moving to Houston from a larger market. It has the amenities of a luxury tower(valet parking, grocery cart, pool, jacuzzi, gym, billiards, BBQ, clubhouse) you would find in any major global city and free gated parking. Taty and I also take walks in Hermann Park across the street and there’s a golf course & driving range there too. A few changes in ownership and property managers, but I think that’s settled now. Note, you can only sign in 4 guests to the pool or clubhouse. Pretty weak if you’re having friends over for a BBQ or to watch the Laker game. Major advantage: You can imagine you’re in Miami.
