Men’s Wearhouse

I have a hard time even giving one star for the location for their lack of customer service. As soon as I walk into the store with my friend, one sales associate was just sitting near the entrance, no hello or greeting. There were 2 more employees working behind the register. There was not even a single other customer there. the store was clean inside and kept up, but store is in an easy to miss location. When I said hello and that I had placed an order and was there for a pickup, one employee said «this location? I dont think we have anything here,» without even looking for it. I had to sternly say, «yes this location» and i repeatedly gave my name that the order was placed with. Finally, the employee went to the back with the other gentleman and they found my online order. And when i asked if they needed to see my license to verify it’s me picking up the item, the male employee snapped, «no i dont need that.» I was happy with the product… but i will never, ever step foot in this location or any other Mens Wearhouse. My first and last.
