Horrible establishment with terrible customer service. I visit many shoe stores in Houston and the surrounding areas and this by far is the worse. VERY LIMITED SELECTION. I was told to hurry up and make a purchase by a manager while deciding which product I was wanting to purchase. I thought maybe he was having a bad day. Only two days later the same manger told my cousin to hurry up and pay while he was looking for his debit card. This is no way to treat a customer. My other concern is on highly anticipated releases they force you to buy merchandise at a certain dollar amount to be eligible to get a pair of shoes. I’m sure this is illegally and I’ll be contacting the proper people within the state to find out the exact laws on this manner. Long story short take your money somewhere else where it’s appreciated.
