Baylor St. Luke’s Emergency Center-North Shore

I visited these emergency rooms for the past three years. For the same issues. This was by far The worst experience. The nurse was very rude. He missed the IV the first time, he started to complain about me moving too much. Keep in mind when I’m this sick, I can’t talk or move much with out pain. I’m every cold and I had to ask for a Blanket three times before receiving one. And there in the cabinet shelf in the same room. When I woke up to the over weight nurse (male) with bugged out red eyes, who was so, so mad. That I hadn’t gotten up. (I don’t remember anyone waking me) I set up and begin to vomit again. He walked out and the DR. Told him to give me an IV. He had to put a IV back in. This made him upset again. After the iv was done. He come in pulling sheets off of me yelling telling me that I was not going to sleep here all night. He gets off at 7 and I’m not keeping him from going home. And that I was his responsibility till I leave. Really understandable. But not Professional. It was 3:30 am. There are other ERs in this area stay away from this place. I paid cash. (525). The ERs in Atascostia and 1960 are full of Kind people and professionals. The info they sent me home with had nothing about the UA test they took or blood test.

This ER is better then going to the hospital because I’m not waiting in the waiting room full of people with only one doctor working. Very professional and cares about my health
