If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!! I went in for the free 10 pc chicken nuggets that were offered since the Texans won and because they ran a 100 yard touchdown. I downloaded the McDonald’s app. I gave my order TWICE at the speaker, and I was asked to hold on(so they could ask about the promotion) both times. When a lady came back and asked me how could she help me the THIRD time, I didn’t respond and pulled up to the window. I told her I wanted to order the free 10 pc chicken nuggets. She asked if I had a coupon, and I told her no. I told her that I have my app on my phone. She didn’t even try to look at my phone– GUESSWHATSHETOLDME I WOULDHAVETODOTOGETTHENUGGETS? She told me I would have to RUN10MILES! Yeah– you read correctly! I couldn’t make this BULLSH! T up if I tried to!!! I have to RUN10MILES! I asked her what the h3ll did she say and where the h3ll did she get that information from. She said it was on the bag. I told her to bring me a bag right now! Of course, she didn’t, but she grabbed her coworker who was a bit smarter than her. I said very firmly that the promotion is for customers to receive 10 nuggets for free since the Texans ran 100 yards and won the game! It took them about 1:30 minutes to scan my app, but it went through. I hate this location. They have gotten my order wrong a few months ago(they forgot to put the cheese on my Hot & Spicy). I only visited here since it was on the way to my house from my job, and I needed to run home on my lunch break. I will never return again!

I was here at 2 am, and don’t expect the greatest service but when I pulled up, my brand new car gets sprayed with water!!! We ask them if they can do anything about it and keep in mind we are being sprayed inside of the car I have to roll my windows up and now that we are at the window the guy«sky» says sorry we can’t do anything about it. I mean this is one of your employees trying to make people happy and you tell me you can’t do anything, then after you tell me you are going to charge me $ 0.25 for a ranch after my brand new perfectly washed car is sprayed with your sprinklers and you can’t do anything ! Ridiculous!!! This is not what I expect from one of the largest franchises in the world ! Not happy at all, I haven’t been to McDonalds in a while and this is how I get treated ? I don’t appreciate this treatment(not to say I deserve special treatment but this was really bad)… and will no longer put myself in this position I am sorry you let me down. And now that I am home trying to enjoy the meal and overlook our experience I am looking for the buffalo sauce that I was told I had to pay«extra» for is NOTHERE ! I am so so disgusted by this experience I do not recommend this company at all !
