McDonald’s

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. The drive thru has some of the most ornery people working it. I was given the wrong items, then charged a much higher price and was later told that my refund would be posted to my credit card. It was not.
I contacted the corporate office several months ago for the refund, but never received it.
That was $ 15.00 lost, my advice — visit the McDonald’s on N. Main or Montrose, its worth the drive.

They can’t make a sandwich right. I had mayo on a southern style sandwich I had and they wouldn’t fix it without giving me an attitude. He waited around for 5 minutes not making my sandwich. By this time I was already late for work so I asked for my money back and the guy gave me an attitude while doing that also. And y’all want 15 an hour? You can’t even make a sandwich right!!! I will not recommend this place!

Ordered 2 big breakfast at 9:30 am both platters were served with raw bacon, showed to manager, when she brought us two more servings of bacon she served them to us in a hamburger box and they were so hot because theu were cooked in a fryer, the texture was competely different from the way the bacon is usually served, and it was the managed who brought it to our table. The bacon also was burnt and it was so greasy and had flaky black particles from the old grease that it was deep fried in. We just decided to leave. I have come to the conclusion that it is actually worth the extra money to go to a real resturant and spend a little more for good food, McDonald’s bisuits a dry hard bricks, KFC’s are nice and flaky and moist.

Conveniently located in the same center as Kroger’s. I like the 2 lanes drive thru and how quickly they have your order ready.

I’m surprised this McDonalds has such poor reviews. Facilities are brand new. Relatively clean. Staff are friendly enough. What more do you need from McDonalds.

If the employees concentrated on their customer service as much as their gossiping and down time, this actually might be a «decent» place to eat. But since our choices are extremely limited in this area, we had no other alternative.
What a shame.

Why even be open at 3:30 am and why even advertise that you’re 24 hours when you can’t sell food? Why else would I be here?

LATE NIGHT: GO ELSEWHERE.
At 2:30am, they stop taking cash (presumably till 4am).
At 3:30am, they shut down their system and can’t take orders at all till breakfast (4am).
It’s frustrating.

McDonald’s food is standard and always good. Don’t freakin work customer service if you’re gonna be a biatch to customers. Service sucks here. Go to Wendy’s down the street or McDonald’s on Washington instead. Sucking at drive thru is pretty bad.

I really can’t believe that I’m taking the time to seriously write a review about McDonald’s but this location is absolutely ridiculous.
Considering the fact that this is a relatively new spot in a relatively nice area, they should be damn near perfect. However, the only thing that they’re perfect at is failure.
I don’t know if it’s a management issue or what but this place routinely gets orders wrong, staff (including the manager on duty) has a bad attitudes, and they run out of product.
It’s really a shame because the hours/​location is really convenient, but I will go to the McDonald’s in Montrose, before I ever come to this location again.

Not impressed. I paid for my food at the drive thru. No one was behind me and they send me to the third window. Then there was a person behind me, but they got their food first. Plus, the bagel sandwich looked suspicious. I tossed that shit out without even tasting. Never going there again.

Drive-​thru customers beware.
What can I say… it’s supposed to be fast food, but what a bummer. This particular McDonalds is on my way to/​from home, so I come for breakfast & occasional late night treat. Total visits thus far — about 5 – 10.
Almost every time, there are issues. For example:
–Vanilla latte is inconsistent (half the time I’ve gotten it with no vanilla at all).
–At least three times they’ve given me the entirely wrong order, so I now make sure to check EVERYTHING before leaving. Will say that they made it right when I’ve caught & pointed out their error.
–Last time I came by for late night dessert, they were out of ice cream, apple pies & basically any kind of dessert you could think of.
Given convenience, I’ll probably keep coming reluctantly, but location, hours & occasional cravings are the only things saving it at this point. :(

Probably best McDonald’s on Earth. Brand new. Hard to imagine a fancier interior in a fast food restaurant.
Salad was very fresh.
No play space.
Self serve drink bar.
Large scale ceramic tile.
Wild graphics on wall.
Most customers will not appreciate the high level of design.

I mean… does anyone actually look at reviews of fast food places on Unilocal?I“m not sure, but this is the happiest crew I’ve ever seen. They deserved a shout.
This McD’s is brand spankin’ new. The interior is bright and modern. Around 10am on a Saturday, it was buzzing. I interacted with 3 – 4 crew members, all of whom must have mixed Red Bull in their coffee that morning and were exceptionally perky and happy. Greeted when I entered, pleasant to order, order brought to the table. Food hot and tasty as usual (biscuit sandwich with bacon — mmm).
I’m still going to knock them for limiting their breakfast hours to 10am and for their merely passable offerings of «healthy» foods, but salads, oatmeal, and apple slices are on the menu to their credit.
We’ll see if it keeps up the excellence.
