We have used Manning Pool for weekly cleans and service. In all, they have been good. Their service manager (Kyle) was excellent when helping us with a problem that we encountered with our home warranty company. The customer service has always been great as well. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the turnover with their pool cleaners is high and it seems like there is always a new guy in my backyard. I’ve never had any problems with them and I know that they do background checks on all new employees, but it still makes me nervous that multiple people have access to my gate code to get in my backyard.

WORST POOL SERVICE EVER. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN GENERAL.
They would never call me back at first. Then when they setup times they would never show up on time and try and call at times that were not setup and say, «we will be there in 10mins».
After service my pool looked way worse than it did when they started. After they finished they never called to follow up if I was happy with my service and they left a bunch of tools behind.
I have contacted them several times about the left behind tools and that my pool was way worse off after they left and they will not return my phone calls and or even come and pick up their tools.
A month later they had the nerve to send me an invoice! lol
