EVS Elegant Valet Service

If I could give them zero stars I would. The manager working Friday night at Hugh’s Hangar gave your entire organization a bad name. While I’m more than fine mandatorily paying to valet my car, I’m not ok waiting more than 15 minutes and then having your manager yell in my face about how it’s not «his» fault. I watched him physically pull a driver from a car because he was taking too long to move. I will give him points for pizazz. What a jerk.

Worst valet service I have ever experienced!
We were at an event last evening at Colombe D’ Or. We gave the valet booth attendant our ticket to retrieve our car at 8:05pm. By 9pm, we had not gotten our car yet. For 30 minutes they told us the keys were already taken and our car was being retrieved, but it never showed up. We weren’t the only ones waiting out in the cold. A young woman was also waiting for over an hour for her vehicle. She was getting hysterical because they couldn’t find her car. A third woman came out and saw that her brand new Jaguar had never been parked. It was still sitting on the curb on Montrose after 2 hours. She got upset and said she would park the car herself. Again, they «couldn’t find» the keys. So the woman went to look in the car and found her keys sitting on the driver’s seat. She was furious that the valet service had left her unlocked Jaguar parked on Montrose with her car keys sitting on the driver’s seat in plain sight!
After witnessing these two incidences, I became worried about our vehicle. I finally told the attendant that if he couldn’t find our car, I was going to call the police to report it missing. That’s when my husband noticed our keys were still sitting on valet booth. For 30 minutes, they lied and told us the keys were already out when the keys were sitting right in front of them the whole time! We grabbed our keys and went to find our car. It was parked right next to the building the whole time. It would have taken them 5 minutes to get the vehicle. All in all, it was a huge mess and the attendant and valets were completely clueless. I’ll never be able to convince my husband to valet park again after this experience. Ruined our night.
