Love the Hanna products for my 8-month old son. Durable, well-made children’s clothes and pajamas in cute prints and I recently ordered a pair of the matching pj’s from their website for my husband and I. They also have great customer service in the store and on-line.

Hanna Andersson is my favorite American brand of kids’ clothing, and my favorite, overall in the USA; UK; & Scandinavia, tied only with British brand, JoJo Maman Bébé. The company was founded in 1983 by a Swedish immigrant and her American husband as a mail order business that offered Swedish children’s clothes here in the States. Their present offerings have nothing in common with modern Swedish apparel. But you already know that if you shop at H&M. Hanna’s clothes are of outstanding quality. They’re generally made of high thread count and heavyweight organic cotton. Many styles are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified for harmful chemicals. The stitching on the seams is flawless – your little ones won’t even notice them. Even the tags are comfy. And Hanna’s clothes are incredibly long-lasting. My 4-year old son has been wearing his Hanna t-shirts for the past year and a half, and they look nearly as good as new. Hanna’s clothes are not miniaturized versions of adult ones – the styles of these are specifically cut for kids, though I found that the sleeves of Hanna’s long-sleeved baby bodysuits were too slim even for my spindly little preemie twin daughters – see the user reviews on Hanna’s on-line store for info re the fit of specific styles. Usually though, Hanna’s clothes are comfortable for– and flattering to kids. And because Hanna’s sizes fit kids up to 5′ 3 «tall, your 10 year old needn’t dress like a teen. Hanna’s clothes are so stylish, she may not even want to. Colors are often bold – little girls may wear pink & lavender, little boys, gray; navy; & brown, but they have other options. We’ve had no problem finding dresses that match our daughter’s bottle green glasses. And Hanna offers clothes in vivid red, orange, yellow, sky blue, & plenty of other colors too. Sometimes Hanna goes a bit nutty with patterns, and I get headaches from looking at my little ones for too long. But these otherwise over-the-top styles are especially fun to layer with sweaters or hoodies, in cold weather. My son loves Hanna’s many cheerfully-colored, vehicle-based t-shirts. And Hanna offers sweatshirts featuring vehicles too. Hanna’s prices are ridiculous. Clothes here are perpetually«on sale» for at least 20% off the original price. But twice a year, in mid June and the just after the New Year, Hanna holds massive clearance sales with prices up to 60% off. Buy early, in-store or on-line, to ensure a good selection. Over the past year, we’ve bought sweaters from $ 20, dresses from $ 15 each, long sleeved tees and leggings from $ 12 each, and t-shirts from just $ 8.40. Though I just couldn’t resist buying that perfect fleece-lined hoodie for my son, or those adorable swimsuits for my daughters, too. I paid full price for those, in store, and received excellent service. I’m such a sucker – you can do better. Hanna’s New Year’s clearance sale is going on now, on-line. Shop there and save, today. And don’t forget to check out Hanna’s clothes in their brick and mortar store in the Galleria, just in case you find that perfect something you just have to buy.

I know some will say it’s crazy to purchase expensive clothes for children. Especially since they seem to outgrown shoes and clothes every few months. I say to you if you spend money on great quality clothes, those clothes seem to last a little longer. My little one use to complain about itching all the time. Switched to Hannah Andersson, and those complaints are pretty much gone. Hannah Andersson is located in the Galleria Mall in what it seems to be the children’s clothing wing in front of Nordstroms. After having to throw elbows with other parents shopping in the clothing mainstays, I wondered into Hannah Anderson. At first I was taken aback by the price. Then I began to touch and feel the clothes. Immediately I knew this was my type of place. Now Hannah Anderson gets the majority of my money for children clothing. I still shop at the other children stores because my lil one likes the graphics and style of those clothes. Though all undergarments come from Hannah Anderson. I just wish they carried men’s underwear. What I love the most is the«Unconditional Guarantee» on their products. If you are unsatisfied at anytime, bring it back.
