The best smoothie place ever, Smoothie King is no competition.

I love coming here before work or on break! It always appears very clean and smells nice. The employees are very friendly and welcoming! (:

Came in to get my favorite smoothie since I haven’t been to this location in forever!
I walked in and one of the guys that worked there was near the door and didn’t even greet me. He just stopped in his track and stared at me. Then when I came to order, he also was the one that went to the register to check out. When I was still deciding, he just stared at me and didn’t bother asking «what can I get you?». I sort of waited some type of greeting, and nothing. Even the other workers that were there seemed like zombies and didn’t greet me, just stared at me for like a minute. Lame.
When I ordered, he just seemed like he didn’t want to be there. A coworker blurted out his name, but I won’t say it, because I’m not that mean. But still. He spoke to me in a really monotone voice.
After I ordered, a group of white people my age came in and guess what, he greeted them. He looked at them and said, «hi welcome to jamba». Wow.
When I got my drink, only one coworker seemed optimistic, or at least tried to. He even said goodbye to me.
Service seriously need improvements. I was dissatisfied.
Other than that, my Mango A-​Go-​Go still tasted great, as usual.

I always get the pomegranate paradise because it isn’t overly sweet and has the right amount of sour and sweetness. It keeps me coming back time and time again.

I have a Jamba juice obsession. I juice at home, but I don’t always have the time for it. My favorite is Carrot Orange Ginger juice!

I really love this place. It’s better then smoothie king in my opinon. They staff is very knowledgeable about the add in and protien!

Way better than smoothie king. Their smoothies have fresher ingredients in my opinion. I like the taste better than any other fruit smoothie. I always go for the fruit and veggie mix smoothie. My favorite is the Berry Upbeet although they are all as good. I usually go for a shot of Wheatgrass too which helps if I am having a long day. :)

This is now one of my favorite places to stop by and pick up a juice or smoothie. Their prices are actually really good when compared to local juice bars. I bought what seemed like a route 44 sized cup of pure fresh squeezed carrot juice for only seven bucks! I could not believe it.
I guess they are seasonal on some products which is good and right now is a good time to go. I have tried many of their fresh fruit and smoothie combos and they are all delicious. They can modify pretty much anything to make it raw and vegan. The staff is very friendly and drinks are very tasty and well priced. Good place to go stop by and just pick up a juice or smoothie and since they also have large cups you can even make it a dinner option, just get two. Very raw, vegan, vegetarian friendly options. I highly recommend it!

At first with all the construction from 290, this place was hard to find. Turns out they were closed!

Haven’t been to one of these since 2000. Got a Wok-​Out smoothie (under Fit ‘n Fruitful), subbing raspberries for the bananas and added whey protein in my“Strawberry Raspberry Banana Smoothie”. It tasted like liquid clay! I mean, the after taste just didn’t play well with my taste buds. Yuk!
I also tried the Apple Cinnamon Pretzel ($ 1.95) and ti was good!
SK has a much better tase!

This location is fairly clean with friendly staffs. My personal favorite drinks at Jamba are listed as followed: Caribbean passion, Peach pleasure, and White gummy. I really like how you can add boosters to your smoothies.
This location is convenient for those who are in the Copperfield area shopping in the plaza or grocery shopping in the area.

Came here Sunday night for a little pick me up since I was kind of hungry, but didn’t feel like eating a full meal. It was empty. Perfect I thought, this should be quick! Wrong. There were 3 people working the counter, and my drink took around 10 minutes to make. while I was waiting another gentleman strolled in, placed his order, and got his before mine. Now, I’m not going to be a brat, but making a smoothie is literally following a drink recipe. I didn’t do anything funky to my drink, no substitutions, no additions, just a plain Pink Star.
The drink was fine, but the service here is slow as slow gets. The employees were arguing about something amongst themselves and just not being attentive and getting the drinks out asap.

My go-​to-​spot for nutrition on the run

Berrie Blend Smoothie very good and very smooth! Helpful staff offered free sample upon arrival. Quickly served & followed up. Parking next to IHOP was cramped.

Nothing much to say about this store except that they made my drink completely wrong, a drink I order every time and know the ingredients by name, and when I politely pointed out the mistake, the girl behind the register argued with me. I nodded and left without another word, dropping my drink in the trash can on my way out.

Been to this location when my hubby was sick… had to get him an Orange C-​Booster. Convenient, clean location and friendly staff.

They are always so nice when I go in there. I try to get some thing different every time. Mango a go go is one of my favs. Today I tried the banana berry. I must say I love it. I will add oats to it next time.

Ok, the first time I came in this place a few years ago and ordered my first drink and it cost me almost $ 6, I remembered that line in Pulp Fiction where Vincent Vega and Mia Wallace are having dinner at Jack Rabbit Slims. Mia orders a $ 5 shake and Vincent asks the waiter (played by Steve Buschemi but dressed like Buddy Holly), «thats a $ 5 shake… just milk and ice cream… no booze or nuthin? He goes on to say after tasting said shake, «…I dont know about $ 5, but its a pretty f’in good shake.
Well that sums up what I think about Jamba Juice. Maybe a little pricey but with unquestioned quality. I have been to this particular location many times and while I am not sure I have seen the same staff member more than a few times, the quality is always consistent.
What makes a good smoothie drink establishment in my opinion? Fresh ingredients, good taste, lots of options, quick service and knowledgeable staff. Jamba Juice certainly scores high in all those areas and thats why I will be back again soon.
My favorites are Strawberry Energizer (not sure if its on menu but you can still order), Banana Berry Smoothie, Coldbuster, and Orange Carrot Karma Smoothie. If you order the Apple n Greens Smoothie, be ready for the bitter taste of kale.

I prefer Jamba to the other smoothie places in the area. I tried the pumpkin one and it tastes a lot like pumpkin pie. The prices seem to be going up a lot lately.
If you are looking for a snack they have some healthy choices as well.

Usually, I avoid reviewing franchised establishments because they are either the same everywhere or it makes more sense to review local places. But, I must say something about this particular Jamba Juice. It is THE (underline that please) Jamba Juice in Houston for me.
I moved up here around 3 years ago and remember my first time here like it’s Claritin clear (lame joke but it rhymed). The drink was blended well without any lumps and it kept its «slush» for a lengthy amount of time. This is my favorite aspect of this store! The drinks are blended well all the time and it doesn’t turn watery quickly! Also, I like the seating arrangement here a lot better too.
In the previous year, they have had some wonderful staff members. They were smiling and super friendly. The staff now aren’t bad, but it isn’t amazing. Either way, they are consistent with the finished product though, so props to that!
A minor issue is the parking lot because this is stuck at the corner of HWY 6 and FM 529. Residents here know the god awful rush hour and line of cars that occupy both roads. It can be frustrating to cross from the other side of 529 to this parking lot or waiting to turn into here. So, I usually park in Randall’s parking lot and walk over here. It’s super close anyway and you can save yourself from boiling anger at Houston’s finest drivers.
