Had a watermellow & strawberry smoothie. It was really good. They asked«you want boba» and dumped some brown stuff in the smoothie. It tastes like coffee or something. Other places i go to have a varirety of boba flavors. That snow ice stuff looks interesting. I want to try it next time i go. I noticed about 40% of the food items on the menu had«sold out» signs on them.

I love their Green Tea Milk Tea!!! It’s really good for it being around the area I live in and not having to drive all the way to Chinatown. I would say I go here once in a week or once every other week. I haven’t really tried anything else there because that drink is like a drug to me and I’m addicted! The owner is also very nice and he always makes sure you like your drink and if not, he will make you a new one!

Just driving by and wanted to grab a quick drink. I ordered the CHAIMILKTEA and I was surprised with how flavorful it was. I am obsessed with chai lattes so I had to give this a try and I was in for a pleasant surprise. You could really taste the chai and it was milky and smooth. I’ll definitely have to stop by more often and order this. Service is still a hit or miss. Sometimes you’ll get someone friendly and helpful and other times the employees can be a real downer. I am disappointed that they don’t carry grass jelly. How can you have tapioca and no grass jelly? So sad.

They have the best shaved fruit ice cream(mango is the best.) Their teas are also delicious. I do wish they had a frequent buyer’s program. They have board games so fun place to have dessert and play games with the family. DO recommend.

First one taking my kids here they loved it! Except the tapioca it was too chewy for them. But overall a good trip.

Looked very clean and pretty inside, which is a plus. Typical variety of drinks for an Asian teahouse. Their ice valley milk tea tastes like classic Asian milk tea, which is awesome(a lot of places in Chinatown mess it up, ironically). The tapioca was a little stiff(but maybe that’s bc tea was too cold?) and drinks are a little pricey, hence why it’s only 4 star. $ 10 total spent on an ice valley milk tea and a Thai milk tea, both the size of a classic red solo cup.

Staff was not sociable, atmosphere was quiet. This place has potential but I won’t be coming here anymore. Had the rose tea, not quite what I was expecting. Chicken nuggets was horrible. How can you mess up on fried food?

The girl who took my order couldn’t tell me what the flavored tea was made out of except that it was«a flavored powder», so I opted for a strawberry piña colada smoothie with boba instead hoping it’d be made out of a more natural substance. The Piña colada part was a syrup from a large bottle like a margarita base or something. Well, it tastes NASTY! I don’t know if it’s the boba(like someone else mentioned how they were not fresh tasting) or the piña colada syrup but it has an awful aftertaste! I now wish I have spent my $ 4.45 at Starbucks instead!

I give a three star because I love the idea of this place and the(hopeful) direction it’s going. I went for the first time today and got a hot almond tea and shared a mango snow ice with kiwi, pineapple and mango. I also shared chicken nuggets and edemame. The snow ice is really, really good! I highly recommend sharing. I got a small and it was huge. My husband and I got through about half of it and that would have been enough. It’s very sweet. The almond tea had strong flavor and was very sweet. I noticed after we sat down that there is a sign that says you can request how sweet you want your drink: normal, medium, low. Next time I will probably ask for low sweet for my drink. Unfortunately they are in between chefs(as of 12÷31÷15). They had very few food options today. All were fried or steamed options. I can understand that without a chef there wouldn’t be any good food. I’m hopeful that when they do hire a new chef the food will get better. If the direction they are going for is a tea/coffee house then I’d hope they wouldn’t worry about food. Maybe a few savory appetizer items and really focus on marketing their teas and snow ice. If they do want to do food I really hope they find a chef who can make a good menu and accommodate people who want a meal. At this point come here to sit and relax, play games and enjoy their teas and snow ice(ask for less sweet for the tea though). There are lots of board games to play and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. The staff was kind and helpful. I’ll be coming back here to try other teas.

Pretty good. They use a lot of sugar in their products, so that’s the only real downside. If they could offer a larger selection of all natural smoothies and provide some greens for them that would bump them up in my book. For a basic smoothie, it’s not bad.

This was a nice little stop before we had an event and it was a perfect little spot for tea and small eats. We had a great time just sitting back enjoying the old school games and sipping on our tea. The staff was very nice and made sure we were very satisfied! We will be back for sure!

I’ve had to leave emptyhanded because they didn’t have tapioca many times. I find myself not wanting to drive over here, because I don’t want to risk not getting my drink. Sad to say I may start going to other Cypress teahouses to get my boba fix, even though this one is closest to me. OVERALL — Hit or miss. Drinks are usually good(even if the boba sometimes isn’t), but they often are out of drink supplies.

Finally don’t have to go all the way down to bellaire for some tapioca. Good environment: games, music, lots of table space/seating, AC, but still quiet enough to get some studying/work done if you catch them at the right time when they’re not a lot of people. Good drinks: honestly, I’m not picky with my milk teas. As long as they’re not too expensive and tastes good, I’ll be happy. I’ve had their green milk tea, black milk tea, and their snow ice. The green milk tea had so much caffeine that I drank it around 7pm and couldn’t go to sleep until like 4am!(I guess it’ll be good for those people who need to study). Black milk tea tastes like the other black milk teas at other places and that’s not a bad thing. The snow ice however, was a little too sweet with too much condensed milk. And not too many fresh toppings like the places in bellaire. Good food: I had the jalapeño chicken to-go recommended by the workers. Good portions of everything; the chicken, rice, veggies, egg rolls, etc. Definitely would like to try the other foods when given the chance.

When we first walked in because the sign said«open». This lady didn’t greet us or anything. Instead she point at the door and said they are not open. My sister said the sign said open and she had us walked out and stand outside. Why would you turned on the open sign and not open. She was never smile and had this grumpy face the whole entire time. They could have said our food are not ready and have a seat or something. She had us stay outside. Overall rudeness all over. Nice place bad service. So we ordered three fried calamari and two small snow ice; taro and strawberry. We waited for our orders and when it came out we only see one order of the snow ice. We went to the cash register and asked the lady why we only have one order when we order two. So she print out the receipt and show us that it’s only one order. She only took the taro order and not the other one. First of, she got my taro snow ice order topping wrong. I wanted rainbow jelly, popping pearls, and egg pudding. Second, she repeated after all of our orders. So how did she even missed and order and got the topping wrong. I don’t know what’s the size difference between their large and small, but last night when my brother in law brought two large snow ice from them and the snow ice I just bought is the same size so I think the lady charge me for a large instead of small. But then when I looked at their menus, they only have one size. It’s cost 5.95 for three toppings. With three calamari my bill come out to be $ 27.87. So basically they charge me $ 7.30/ fried calamari. They order charged me! Their menus said $ 4.95 for fried calamari. It’s either they charge me 4.95 for calamari or the tax is just too high for food here in Houston $ 7.07 for tax. Either way, I WILLNEVER come back to this place again.

First time here but customer service was not impressed me. I feel like the workers dont like their job. Never smile, never say welcome or may i help you. They also cheap on tapioca too and the drink is more expensive than other place like Heavenly Beverage, service there is always friendly. Never come back again…

I have been wanting to try this place because of the snow ice & was hopeful that i wouldn’t have to drive all the way to Bellaire for it anymore, but I was quite disappointed that the consistency is soooo not like Nu Café. The texture was kinda thick & reminded me of eating frosting(but no where as sweet). The drinks were decent so there is where my 2 stars are. Too bad cuz I wanted to like this place. Back to Bellaire I go.

The Chai Milk Tea and Hazelnut Milk Tea are very sweet, but they tasted good! The only thing was the Hazelnut Milk Tea still had a little undissolved powder. Ahhh the Calamari was delicious! Very crispy and was good with the sauce, I think they use spring roll sauce with it. The Chicken Katsu was a bento box style dish and was also very good. It was fried crispy and came with takoyaki(squid ball) sauce, yum the rice and caramelized veggies on the side went well with it. As far as service, the cashier helping us was a little rude at first because there were miscommunications, but she apologized even though I didn’t say anything and from there was really nice! She asked me and my sister how the food tasted and gave us little paper boats and extra silverware on her own accord since she saw we were sharing. The music was cool, sounded like a playlist from pandora and ranged from thug songs to sad boy band songs, haha. There were also games to play, which were a little broken or had missing pieces but eh, they’re still entertaining!

Ambience is 4 stars– cool place to chill, have games, and teapot sets for sale, and other cute Asian inspired nick nacks! Bought a cute little owl piggy bank thingy filled with those jelly snacks. So cute! I’m an owl lover! And it wasn’t outrageously priced Drinks rate a 3.5 stars — we ordered Thai tea with tap. Tap was a little firm for my liking but drinks are decent here as opposed to driving all way down to bellaire! Still prefer I heart boba but this will do when I can’t make it down hwy6. This is Closer to my house
