Very sloooooooow. Only 1 person working the front. About 4 or 5 in the back. It should not take 10 – 15 minutes for an order… I thought this was fast food. I guess this location didnt get the memo.

So I gave this place a second chance way sooner than I said I would. and that’s what I get right? Got off at 2:30, was hungry, stopped here for a breakfast combo. Ordered the ultimate breakfast sandwich, no extras, no substitutions. Get home, eat my hashbrown, change out my uniform, lay down, open my sandwich and what the fuck?! No bacon… last time I didn’t go back even though my salad was a joke. But really, again? Barely 2 weeks later? And of all things to «forget», BACON?! Just got back home from going back to get my damn bacon. It’s official, night crew really doesn’t give a shit. Never eating at this location again.

So this is a whole ugly mess of a joint. First off, the dude taking orders inside is either asleep or stoned. It took forever to get our food, and when we finally did, they put it on some weird trays that were clearly not the same size of the actual boxes. I ordered a large and it matched the medium order my friend got. They also didn’t give my husband all the food in his order and made him stand and wait. Oh, get this, they are using a medium sized fry cup for all of the fry orders. Fabulous. I love Jack but I’ll never be at this location ever again.

Closest location to our house. Service is good, drive-​thru is quick. Never had an issue with our food, except when I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Club, I got a regular Chicken Club. The sandwich tasted great, but when you’re expecting spicy chipotle flavor… it’s a let-​down.
Just tried the Pizza Bites yesterday… WOW. Those are amazing! Especially with ranch. :)
