I decided to give a try after Chruch Mass on 10−11−15 since we were close by haven’t been at Jacks since they change the new company logo. Only two customers on the dinning room. I was not sure what to order so it took me some time to review the menu. I felt a little bit rush when the male cashier asked me twice if we were ready to order. There were nobody else in the line by the way. When we were ready I started ordering my baby meal and order the chicken strips with apple, right away I was told there were no apples. I canceled baby order and order ours. All came out as expected and we were very satisfied with the taste and portion. As far the salon, I was happy to found a high chair with working straps that has been an issue when visiting other places. Music was good but you can hear the music from the kitchen a little bit louder that interfere with the music in the salon. Restrooms were pretty clean and working doors. However, there were no diaper change table in the restroom even though there are space for it. One of the napkin dispenser was out of paper which I was surprise since the day was barely starting(lunch). Just before we were getting ready to leave I decided to fill up my cup of soda with water. To my surprise the water tasted horrible like gas water probably something got mixed in the back with the connections. I might or not be back if I am in the area.

Horribly slow, inefficient service. There were only 3 cars in front of me and I waited in line for 25 minutes. Once I got my order, there was no explanation or apology for the wait, and I got home to find out that they got my order wrong. I won’t come here again.

If the manager makes or takes your order check it be for you leave he screws them up. Staying at a nearby hotel for work and frequent this location during my stay of 90 days. Witness him say a very inappropriate comment about a customers mom and the guy almost came over the counter. This was after several wrong orders to the same man, I was the only other of the staff is great

Fast food is a guilty pleasure that I hate giving into but I do it more often then I want to admit. Fast food chains, especially big popular ones are usually pretty uneventful. Food is and should be consistent from location to location. This was not the case… I’ve never really had any bad luck with quick food options but this one just made me loose all faith in the Jack in the Box chain. My husband dropped me off so when we he picked me up he wanted to go get food so I said sure. It was Sunday night and we went through the drive thru, I placed my order with the speaker box and didn’t think anything of it. And then we sat there for 10 minutes. When we got home and unpacked our order I noticed that there were 2 burgers sitting on the table. That’s was NOT what I ordered. As I was thinking about what happen I realized that I had to repeat the second item on our order and they didn’t even repeat back the other so I guess that’s where it went all wrong. I looked at the receipt and it wasn’t even right. They had it all wrong. I wanted to try their chicken pita sandwich but it looked like I was going to be eating an ultimate cheeseburger. As much as I didn’t want to eat because it was heavy food so late at night, I was hungry from my crazy busy day at work. We paid for it I might as well eat it. My husband I were eating our food and he asked me how my bun was. I said it was fine. It was soft but it wasn’t really warm. He said he felt like his was stale. I asked him how his fries were and he said ok but they we’re really hot or warm. He was eating some in the car and I asked if they were hot in the car. He sat and thought about it for a second and he said no they weren’t. He asked me to taste his sweet tea and it was pretty gross. It tasted like it was burnt. Maybe they over brewed it or maybe it was burnt. Is it possible to burn tea? At any rate this was the worst fast food experience ever. There was a survey on my receipt that I quickly filled out and I opted for them to contact me. We’ll see if they really do. I’m not going through the trouble of contacting the manager. I think the survey should be enough. I’m pretty disappointed and it looks like I’m boycotting Jack in the Box. Sorry Jack I’m not coming back.

A few years back, Jack in the Box and I didn’t get along. Recently I started going to the one near my house again and all has been well. Today I gave this other location a try since I was driving by… lets just say this Jack in the Box and I don’t get along. In other news, this one seems busier than the one near my house, so I’ll stick to that one from now on.
