Jack In the Box

BEWARE DO NOT GO TO THIS JIB DRIVE THRU!!! I haven’t eaten at a JIB for 7 years, on my way from Fort drum NY to Fort Huachuca AZ. I was in town to visit my brother, and i took the family to the drive thru at this JIB, I began to order and once I got to the second order he tells me that he can’t keep up and after five times of repeating my order, he doesn’t know how to use the machine to place my order on the screen. After a few minutes of listening to him laugh with and question the other worker, he finally comes back to actually try to fix the problem. But, instead he talks to himself and curses as well. At last he figures out what to do and we get to the window, seeing as I was the only car there. And once again he asks me what I had ordered. Every mistake he made he would just laugh it off and go back to work. I got my food and checked the bag at the window as he watches me. He then proceeds to give me a free ice cream pie but forgetting two of my other orders. To get the other orders it takes him about 10 minutes. From start to finish this had taken him about 28 minutes in total. All in all this was a massive waste of time towards a high expectation.

I would give this place negative stars if possible. Came here on a Friday night around 8 pm. Come to find no cars in the drive thru line, and one person manning the entire store. We order, pull up to the window, and she’s sweeping the floors without gloves. We wait for a good 3 minutes at the window, and my boyfriend sees the same lady put the broom down and make his food. She takes her bare hands and scoops up the curly fries. Mind you no gloves, no hand washing, nothing between cleaning and making food.
We were pissed coming home, we wanted to almost give it to a homeless person but felt bad cause they might have the worst Buttery Jack of their life.
Just shut it down. Saddest 8 bucks ever spent.

I have been to this location at night and was literally the only person in the drive-​thru. The last time I was there, I clearly heard the drive thru rep. suck her teeth and she she slammed the window shut when I asked for additional condiments. To top it off, when I got home there was a missing item. More fast food antics… smh.

Jack is tripping!
He keeps changing up the menu and eliminating flagship items. Namely french toast sticks and sampler trio.
This particular location has also suffered in service. There used to be a friendly drag queen who worked there named Toni. I miss her. She knew her customers and she was friendly and never skimped on the extra fries for frequent guests.
These people can barely take your order. I even saw one flick off the voice coming in through the speaker as I waited on my food.
Just unprofessional.
