I almost don’t want to give this review out of selfishness. This place is the shunizzle for fajita meat. It’s our go-​to place when we are going to entertain in a pinch. The meat is tenderized and seasoned to perfection. I’ve spent way too much time and effort trying to develop the perfect fajita marinade. No more. I go here, get what I need for cheap, and make out like a hero. Y’all don’t go and ruin my secret grilling place!

I get meat here for my sons beef jerky. Cuts are lean and almost paper thin, perfect for beef jerky. Staff and management is very friendly.

Best marinated meats for grilling! Hole in the wall, but the quality of their meats is amazzzzing! If you don’t know Spanish, it might be difficult to maneuver around the butcher shop since most items are described in espanol. But the guys working the butcher department are friendly and I’m sure would be able to help you out. Beef fajitas here are my favorite along with their pechuga de pollito!
