Best samosas! Delicious tikka masala! In a weird part of town but totally worth it! Best Indian I’ve had in the Houston area!

Excellent Lucy buffet! My wife and I ate here on our trip to bass pro shop. They have all the typical Indian fare. Chicken tiki masala and goat curry were both excellent, as well as the sides. The place was really clean along with the bathrooms as well! The service was also very good. Our drinks were never empty. I recommend requesting some hot sauce for you food though. Definitely hit the spot!

Buffet is pretty good. I give it 4.5÷5 compared to other restaurants and 4⁄5 if compared to Indian restaurants. I find that Indian food typically tastes of quite a bit of sodium. At India House in Illinois(my favorite restaurant of all time), their saag paneer was not really salty, but it is here. A preference thing. That is the only thing, really. Buffet is not nearly as crowded as India house here. Naan and kheer are very good here(but I prefer india house’s ever so slightly) Also, India house has a larger variety and mango ice cream. Mango lassi here is 5⁄5 so overall grade is averaged to 5

I was on the west side of town and wanted to try something near where I had to be. This place popped up and had a decent rating. I went during a weeknight, and pretty early for dinner(~6pm) and it was pretty empty but the service was pretty good. The host was really professional, and very attentive. The food came out relatively quickly, and was nice and warm. However, do you ever feel like some restaurants just try too hard to be fancy? This was one of them. Maybe if it were in a different neighborhood, with a different exterior, or even interior, it would be perfect, but the inside and the atmosphere was just too fancy for what was to be expected, making things a bit uncomfortable. The food however, was pretty good. I tried the chicken vindaloo and the chicken biryani. The biryani was hands down my favorite. They had some really great portion sizes for it, all the rice was tossed really well, and the flavoring was delicious. The chicken vindaloo, was good, but not great. It was spicy, but the spiciness overwhelmed a lot of the other subtle flavors, so I wish it would be a bit toned down to bring spotlight to the other flavors in the dish. The portion size also seemed a bit smaller than the biryani, so that was a bit disappointing as well. I think for what the food was, everything was a bit on the pricey side. Maybe I’m just used to Hillcroft area, but this place was still a bit pricer than I was used to. It averaged out to be around $ 15 – 18 a person. This place seemed pretty authentic, and I’m glad I got to try it, especially since they have Nepali foods, but I might try other restaurants first before I circle back to it.

We went as a family for my birthday dinner, and we were all beyond pleased. Asked for mild, but the depth of the seasoning was so amazing. Ordered chicken mahkni, chicken korma, allo ghobi, saag paneer(best I’ve ever had), regular and cheese naan, everything was very good. This restaurant is a little gem, tucked away in a strip on N. Fry Road. Worth the drive, may just be our new go-to. Delicious!

I had a few complaints about this place when I first tried it, namely the quality of meat they used… they must have read my complaints because that has changed. This place is consistently good and has made it on my favorite restaurant list. It is my favorite Indian restaurant in the city, thus far. The food is always tasty, the naan always buttery, hot and crisp; the service is attentive and just exceptional… oh and the food is consistent. I crave this place. Moving yall up to a well deserved 5 stars!

Best Indian food in the Houston metro area! One of the best finds was the Dahi Papdi Chaat. It’s comparable to the best I’ve had in New Delhi. I’ve gone through a lot of the chicken menu and loved each one. The quality of cooking is outstanding, with little to complain about. I’ve been to this place 3 times now, and plan on keep going back as often as I can, regardless of how far outside it is of the city.

I’ve been here several times over the the past 3 years. Doesn’t matter the time of day or night, its amazing. I’m here often, so they know may face, and are always kind. This place never ever fails to please the taste buds! Today, I had the buffet, and its the usual stuff but its still amazing.

This is from a previous review for this restaurant, it still applies: «I just finished the Buffet which is both incredible value and great food. It is difficult for me to highlight any one dish as each was flavourful and very good. It’s a bit difficult to find as it is in a portion of a strip centre tucked behind some fast food restaurants… it is however well worth the discovery!» I will however add that it was even better this time than I recollect that it was the last time.

Quaint little Indian and Nepalese fair here. Tuesday thru Sunday, lunch buffet and then dinner is a la carte. From mild to spicy, you’ve your basics and regional dishes to choose from. Casual dining with an elegant flair. Great for a little neighborhood place, must check out if you’re in the area

The restaurant looks scary from the outside but is nice inside. The servers was great. The samosas were ok, different from any I have had before. You can decide on the heat level from 1 – 10. I was unsure of how hot there 10 would be so I ordered the lamb briyani at a 7. To me it was mild but it was good. We also ordered the chicken curry which I wasn’t really a fan of. I would definitely come back when I have a craving for some food Indian food.
