Now I’m a Papa John’s kinda girl, but since I had a coupon (and I forgot to take dinner out of the freezer) I decided to order from Dominos. It was such a disappointment. The pizza was very doughy. I naturally like my pizza a little… chewy? Haha but this was a bit much even for me. It was as though they took it out of the oven less than halfway. To make this worst, the delivery driver asked for a tip. I’m all for tipping but to ask is just tasteless. Because you asked, you don’t get one *shrugs*. Be polite and you will be paid accordingly. I’m not sure what type of rapport the driver thought we established within the three seconds it took me to open the door and say hi that made him feel comfortable enough to ask how much of a tip I’m giving him. So annoying.

Ordered from this location online. As we was tracking the pizza. It said it’s way, 10 min later it said we received our food. Well needless to say we never got our food. We did how ever receive our food 2 hours Later. We emailed in to make a complaint, and guess what Noone has even reached back out to us. This location is horrible.

They don’t wash their hands and they don’t use gloves when they make your food. This is 2015… Just nasty. I saw a guy pick his nose and continue to make a pizza. I just left and could not handle it. Would NEVER go back.

First, I’m rating the people that work at this location not the food. Called for pick-​up and the people there have such a heavy accent I could not understand them. They put me on-​hold and left me there for 10 mins. so I hung up and called back. The same guy answered and I asked to speak to the manager. Placed on-​hold again for other 10 mins. so I hung up and called back a third time. Same thing all over again. Went on-​line to file a complaint with the Domino’s head office and after typing in all the info they require, it wouldn’t take!!! Told me to make changes which I did and it still wouldn’t take even though my info was in the format they requested (no dashes on phone number). I’ll be phoning the head office tomorrow. I’ve never experience anything so Mickey Mouse in my entire life. They lost a customer now.

This place is horrible. I ordered a pizza and called to check on the status after nearly two hours with no answer, only to get a busy line. I tried a few more times to no avail. I finally decided to drive up there since it’s down the street from my house. When I got there I was confronted by confusion, a lack of apologies, and no answers about when my pizza would arrive. I decided to cancel my order and was handed a receipt for the cancellation. Again no apologies, no offers to make it right, and really no explanation other than «we are backed up». I will never order from here again!

This Domino’s always makes the best pizza for our family. We always order Thin Crust Pepperoni Jalapeño and Thin Crust Bbq Chicken and they always come out perfect.

I’m allergic to ranch and love garlic sauce. So imagine my disappointment when they delivered ranch sauce instead of garlic. Shoulda got a digiorno. Sighs. –Side note. The delivery guy blatantly blamed the store.

Avoid this place if you want to avoid health issues.
The woman that got the order on the computer started preparing our pizza without wearing gloves!!! My friend asked her why she was doing it and she said she had washed her hands. Disgusting!!! We told her that she was on computer and clearly she didn’t wash her hands after using the computer.
Very disgusting. I will never go back to this Dominos again. She was so angry with us that she asked her colleague to deliver the pizza to us once it was ready.

First time to use the delivery service at this Domino’s. Everything went smoothly from ordering online to the delivery.
I like the online version of watching your pizza throughout the process, until delivery. Even the estimated time of delivery is pretty close!

I am disgusted! This is THE WORST experience I have ever had!!! The order took over an hour to arrive. When it did arrive the delivery driver did not say a word to me! I still tipped her $ 5! That’s not the worst of it, the pizza was horrifying!!! The pizza looked as if a 5 year old put it together, baked it (cheese was not fully melted), and cut it! The pizza looked like it was tossed around, spit, on, torn apart, then thrown back together! WTF! I called the store 4x no one answered! Never again! Maybe this is the universe telling me I should never do delivery again. What has happened to the service industry?!

Came into town on a Sunday night, no car and the hotel food service was shut down. Went online and ordered my pizza with a number of sides and absolutely no complaints on the food prep, temperature when delivered and the promptness of the delivery. I’ve read some of the reviews here on Unilocal and either they have corrected their problems or there was not really any substance to them. Great job guys!

Ordered a pan pizza and a gluten free pizza… this is for my gluten free people!
Gluten free pizza:
They way overcharge you for it, you can only get a small and it’s horrible. I make better gluten free pizza here at home… save your money, it’s not even worth trying!!!
Pan pizza:
My son loved it, hence the 3 stars!

This Dominos is awful. I waited all night for a pizza that I was charged for but never received. When I called, the lady who answered the phone asked me «what the fuck she wanted me to so about it?» Don’t get pizza here. Wow, what a truly awful customer experience.

Pretty good for what it’s worth! When you don’t want to leave your house to eat, just get it delivered from here! It’s decent, good, and right by where I live! They are on time and delivery guy is super friendly! That cheesy stuffed bread is killer!

I’ve never been to the storefront, so this review is based ONLY on their delivery.
Pizza has long been my favorite item in the universe. Oxygen? Meh. I could live without. Pizza? No way, no how.
Combine my love of pizza with my crippling distaste for the unwashed public at large and add in my fondness for hot food placed directly in my hand? Pizza delivery is the greatest invention of the 20th century. (Seriously, that’s what the wiki says.)
I’ve lived in the same place for 10 years. Believe me when I say I’ve tried every single food delivery in the region. There is no one faster than Domino’s. No one. Not even that sub place the claims to be the fastest.
All of these factors mean that I order delivery from here way too often. Way. Too. Often.
The few issues I’ve had have always been resolved quickly.

Ordered a large 2 topping italian sausage and mushroom pizza for carry out. The pizza did not have enough cheese to cover the sauce and the toppings were not very plentiful. I’ve had better pizzas at different dominos branches and I wouldn’t recommend going to this pizza place and compared to all the local mom and pop joints might just avoid the chain alltogether. The pizza was cheap 8.65 but still not really worth the quality.
