Domino’s Pizza

The only reason I gave a 1 star is because there is no 0. We ordered our pizza an hour and 30 mins ago and it is still not here yet while the store is only 2 mins away. Called back for several times, they always claimed that the delivery guy couldn’t reach us while we never received any calls. 40 mins after we put our order, we decided to contact the delivery guy ourselves. When we called, he asked about our address and zip code. Obviously he never came and lied about having called us for several times. After another 30 mins. We called again. He couldn’t even tell us where he’s at. We got upset so we confronted him. The most amazing thing was that, he blamed us for pronouncing the street name wrong therefore he ended up at the wrong place. Are u serious??? With ur thick accent and awful English? We even spelled the street name out for him so there’s no way he should be going to the wrong place. And the last call we made was 5 mins ago when he claimed he’s 1 min away. We called back to the store wishing that we could speak to somebody but our phone call got hung up and never got answered again. When the delivery guy finally arrived, we asked him to call back using his phone. Unsurprisingly he picked up! But when we were on the phone we got disconnected again. These liars are ridiculously Dominos should serious reconsider the ppl they are using. This is very unacceptable! Ppl be aware don’t order from this store again if u don’t wanna upset urself.

They are courteous and quick!!! The people that work are fast at delivery and the pizza is delicious

Their delivery is all wrong under their apparent «new» management. The driver forgot the coke and the marinara sauce after delivering a cold pizza. Never had a problem with the old driver Rudy. Gem of a guy. Dont know what the new management thinks they do.

I have found the delivery service to be on time and a very pleasant experience. Food is always hot and good. I recommend them anytime.

Pizza ordering was easy but it was burned. Don’t order onion or jalapenos. They will come too big to eat. They also don’t have parmesan cheese or crushed red pepper packets. Wont go back. 2 stars was because the ordering was easy and the staff were nice

Placed an online order… The delivery was timely but they got my order completely wrong. I asked for a cheese pizza and a diet coke and they brought me a pepperoni pizza and a regular coke. Both delivery man and person with whom I spoke with while placing the order seemed apathetic. This is the second time I got poor service from them and will now go to the one off of Kirby near Rice Village.

Everyone has their preference for pizza. Some love Papa John’s. Others like Pizza Hut. I prefer Domino’s even though the crust can make anything taste like cardboard – even the Cinna Stix.
Try the thin crust BBQ chicken pizza with sweet onions or the Fiery Hawaiian. I ordered the Deluxe Feast tonight, and it was solid.
I do not understand the low ratings for the delivery service at this location. Every time I’ve ordered from here, I have encountered friendly and efficient delivery drivers and have never had to wait too long for my order.

Let me start off by saying that the pizza from this location has always been good. My issue with them is delivery. Timing wise, the food gets here on time but it’s a nightmare dealing with the delivery drivers. I specifically spell out where the door is, buzzer code etc. Every single time without fail, the driver calls me and I spend 5 minutes explaining what I already put in the instructions.
Today we hit a new low… The driver apparently couldn’t find parking which there was a ton of and made me come down. That is not the purpose of delivery. If I have to come down, I might as well just drive myself to the location and get takeout. Needless to say, due to his attitude and general laziness he left without a tip and actually looked surprised. If I have to take the elevator down, walk halfway down the street to find you and get my pizza then sorry, zero tip for you. Get it together dominos or I’ll take my business elsewhere. And trust me, you make very good money off me.

The worst place to order pizza. When I order a pizza to be delivered by anyone, my expectations are low. I’m not looking for the best pizza on the planet, just something tasty, warm and convenient. That being said this is the WORST place to order a pizza from. The drivers are rude and the pizza sucks. If you must order pizza, order from anywhere else but here.

The entire reason I got a Unilocal account is so I could warn you about this place.
They are god awful. 5min away and it took an hour and a half. Every time I tried to call I was put on hold or hung up on.
When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold.
Never using these guys again.

I never give 5 stars to a pizza joint. But this group earned it. We are from out of town and called at 11:30 to order pizza. The person who answered was very nice, had no problems delivering the PIzza and made sure was nice and hot when we got it. The delivery guy was equally very nice .
Pizza was what to be expected service gets 5 stars.

Pick any other pizza place. I needed to change my order from takeout to delivery and had to talk to 3 different people to get it fixed. THREE!!! 45 minutes later, still no pizza. I call back to ask and apparently it was never changed. The guy on the phone was rude and kept cutting me off. When I asked to speak to the manager he hung up on me. Worst customer service ever. Also, I live on a small street that borders the reataurant. If it hadn’t been dark out, I’d have just walked and picked it up

Called the store to ask about my pizza. Said it left the store at 4:43 and was still not delivered by 5:20. Person I spoke with said they couldn’t help me, that the driver had my pizza and I was probably last on the list to receive it so it would likely be 15 more minutes. Asked about my pizza being cold because it had been 45 minutes since it had been cooked. Said that because of the «hot bag» that «it’ll be fine». The email I received said it would take 15 – 25 minutes for me to receive my pizza. Not an hour and a half. Would not recommend whatsoever.

I live literally less than 5 minutes away, with traffic. It took over an hour after it said online that my order had been completed and was on the way.
Pizza wasn’t bad, wasn’t great. When I called the store the second time, the guy on the phone told me to tell the driver that it was free. I was too tired to play that game with the driver, so I went ahead and paid anyway.
No biggie really. I just know where not to order from now.

Do not use this Domino’s. They cannot keep orders straight. They gave away my carryout order without verifying the name, thus when I showed up to pick it up, no pizza.
Highly incompetent staff.

My coworkers and I ordered pizza online last FRI and it literally took them 107 minutes to deliver it to us. We called the store repeatedly and received no answer. I called customer care and they couldn’t get in contact with them either.
Once the driver finally arrived, we exercised our rights under their «50 minute delivery guarantee», however, the driver resisted. He offered a discount for next time but we refused and he gave the pizza to us. We then discovered that the pizza was was cold and singed. (see my attached picture)

We live 2 mins away and decided to order in today. We went with two pizzas and wings
Both pizzas were cold and one had been burnt. Cheese was far from being melty and gooey. The wing were soggy and cold as well. So I call the store back and tell them. The manager assures me they will fix the order and have it sent to us. Very apologetic and sincere.
Fast forward 35 mins and pizza arrives:
Wings — soggy but warm
Pizzas were both warm, still not hot and gooey but better than before. I noticed they are slacking on the sauce. What’s up with that?!?

When I placed my order for delivery (4 miles away) the projected wait time was 19 – 29 minutes. 40 minutes later I called and they put me on hold. I waited 4 minutes and nothing so hung up. I called back immediately after and before I could say hi the person on the phone said the driver was just leaving. 30 minutes later I called again because no one came (once again 4 miles away) and a different rep picked up. I told him the situation and he put me on hold. 4 minutes of holding again they are finally at my door. When I told the door guy I was not going to tip he said not to worry because that has happened several times that day.
I’d highly recommend NEVER ordering from here. Horrible service

So I live just blocks outside the boundaries of local pizza delivery places, and when it is cold and rainy and I want a pizza, I’m calling this Domino’s. I’ve ordered from here two times, and each time the driver has been nice and quick. I really appreciate their online ordering allowing me to specify light cheese and heavy sauce — I appreciate even more the place actually listening! (I’m looking at you, Star Pizza.) Domino’s new crust is legit, y’all.

I have seriously not eaten domino’s in at least 5 years. I’ve always thought Pizza Hut was better. Last Sunday my husband & awoke from our afternoon naps around 8:30 PM. Oh no. No food. No will to go anywhere! Finally decided on pizza after a little debate and realize Pizza Hut has closed for the night at 9 PM. As a last resort, I called the nasty domino’s.
We ordered a thin crust with sliced sausage, pepperoni, onion, tomato, and jalapeño online. The online tool is super useful. It tracks your oder from beginning thru delivery and tells you who your driver is (Christopher). The driver arrived very shortly at around 9:35. Can’t believe how quickly he got there! He was even friendly!
We were very prepared to dive into some cardboard nourishment, but were SHOCKED. It was DELICIOUS! Seriously, not 2AM good, like anytime (read; sober) good. If you haven’t had Domino’s in a while, give it another shot.
