I was there for the first time. Excellent food. Great lunch. I had the chicken fried steak, as good as it gets. The steam table has a good selection of good old home cooked meals enjoyed by the people that pack the place at lunch time. They have a regular menu and it look like a great breakfast choices. I will be back for breakfast. I live in the NASA area and I had to go to and they referred me specialty auto business close by, I’m glad they did. The people are really friendly, in fact, they drove me back to the auto place when I was through. Now that is good business… If I’m in the area I will definitely go to the Dixie Grill for some good old chow! Ron

For the price and for country style cooking, very hard to beat. I had the chicken fried steak and it is about as good as you can get. Plenty of portions and good veggie choice. Place stays packed at lunch. Next time I go, I believe I will try the Cajun fried fish. Only reason I have to go there is that it is close to my specialty car mechanic. They also serve breakfast there, but do not stay open for dinner.

Have been here a few times for both breakfast and lunch. I have not been disappointed by this establishment. Food is always hot and fresh. Breakfast is served all day, which is a plus for me. Waitresses are always friendly and I noticed that they must have plenty of regular customers because the waitress remembered what they were drinking for lunch. Prices are very reasonable and the restaurant is always clean. Hours are limited to breakfast and lunch(no dinner) and they are only opened Monday –Friday. Definitely would recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

I’m a picky eater. This is no secret. What is a secret is that I like diner food but I can rarely find anywhere that isn’t a total grease lot. Until now. The food is basic but always consistent. I’ve only been here for lunch but it’s always tasty. The prices can’t be beat and my server each time has enthusiastically greeted us, making me feel like a regular. If you want simple, no fuss food and you happen to be in the area, go for it.

Food is not that great. You can tell that most of it comes out of a box. Someone should tell them that they are supposed to chop a philly.

We have stopped here several times for a quick lunch from their variety of choices from the steam table… always quick and usually decent. This time, i chose the double meat burger, fries and tea… good choice! The patties were bigger than the bun and the fixin’s were fresh. While I didn’t order it with cheese, it did come with three slices melted to a perfect texture. The plate full of fries was a nice companion to it. The burger was a little more juicy than I prefer, but some people love it like that, Langford’s is an example. All in all it was a nice lunch and with a price tag less than eight dollars… as charlie sheen would say…“winner”
