Denny’s

The worst experience, I have ever had with this Denny’s. Their staff really need to be retrain. We order food together, my kids got their food. My wife got half of her food while the whole time we here no refills. My food never got prepared, so I had to cancel, and wait to eat something later. The waiter got my wife order totally wrong after she told him 3x. This have to be the worst manager ever he never came out to see us, about our concerns.

Poor service poor lighting. Needs a manager who will whip the wait staff into shape.

We went in for a late night dessert. We were seated and told our waiter would be with us soon. After a long wait and watching another waiter wait on several other table in the same room we decided to leave. No service.

I usually love this place but today was the worse service ever. took 20 minutes to get a glass of water then the food had hair in it I’m so disgusted with the service today.

This use to be a decent place to grab a meal. Service, food quality and cleanliness have diminished severely.
First we were seated at a table where the prior patrons had left a tip. The tip remained on the table throughout my entire visit. In fact I placed my own on top.
I ordered the pancake balls but what was brought out to me looked like dung beetle balls sprinkled with powdered sugar. I sent it back and asked for an edible order like the one in the picture. My waiter brought back another batch of burned pancake balls. So gross (see picture) we sent them back.
We had the build your own slams. The pancakes where chewy and room temp. Probably because they were served on cold plates as was the rest of our order. Our utensils appeared to be chewed upon. I asked for plastic.
I know this isn’t there fault but enough with the screaming unruly obnoxious kids! It’s a family restaurant, not a Zoo!
Though I didn’t see any bugs or trash on the floor, this place needs a thorough cleaning. Every surface felt grimey.

Meh… i mean it is Dennys, and i did try to eat here while not drunk… and it definitely doesnt tates as good sober

We went to Denny on 10-​7-​2015 at about 7:15 in the evening. we where extremely satisfied, our drinks order was taken immediately shortly after we received our drinks our awesome waitress took our order. Within 10 minutes our food was brought to us hot and delicious. Our waitress was the best (Jackie Edwards). She checked on us a couple times and made sure our drinks where always fresh and full. We will definitely be returning on a weekly basis. We normally don’t tip no more then 5 – 10.00 at restaurants, but our bill was about 26.00 and our waitress was left a very good tip.
. we will continue to eat there weekly as long as this wonderful lady is working with the company. Awesome job…

There isnt much to say about Denny’s. This location, it was ok. Got a seat quickly and was served just as fast. Server was nice. Food came out and it was what I ordered. Typical oily unhealthy fast food thats not good for you. But I still ate anyways~ Wasnt my choice to come here but I did and it was ok. No complaints and exactly what I expected.

I used to go here a lot… 10 years ago. The service here has seriously gone down hill! It took 15 minutes just for someone to get my husband’s and my drink order! Even then, the hostess was kind and gracious enough to get to get our drink order. It’s not even her job! After the hostess, Gabi, gave us our drinks, she hunted down our server. When our server approached us, she seemed very annoyed, as if we were the ones disturbing her (and she was digging in her ear with her nail!!! Gross!!!)
The ONLY shining light at this place was the hostess, Gabi. She was nice and very attentive. Please hire more people like her! She’s the only reason why I’m giving this place a star!

Worst experience ever, took 20 min to get drinks another 10 to get the milkshakes and then when the food came I had to wait an additional 15 because they forgot to make it, I also don’t understand why I wouldn’t be told there are no strawberries for the Red White and Blue Slam and that there’s nothing they can do, I saw plenty they could have done to rectify the problems we were having

business is ok maintnance could be better. recently remodeled but dirty air conditioning vents
blowing on food. dont think they get cleanliness. needs another talk to from corporate

I like Denny’s but this location is bad. The inside is old and very dirty. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned. The window’s had a film of grease on them. The seats were bad as well. The whole place was dirty enough that I have no desire to go back. Again, I like Denny’s a lot but I won’t go to this one even though it’s 10 minutes from my house. Praying for new management.

Went there the other morning for breakfast and I was disgusted! The booths, floors, tables, restrooms were all filthy. We had to ask the waiter to clean our table. Not to mention the entire time we sat there he rubbed his eyes and nose like he had beef sleeping for days! I will never return here, especially when ihop is so close.

I got the fried fish and chips. It’s so yummy. I just can’t stand the old smell of the place. It’s like something really stank I can’t really describe it other than that old smell from places that’s been there since the 80’s or 90’s.. It stank real bad like an old closet or like someone hadn’t vacumed the floor in ages.
I’m going to get it again but you can always replace the fries for another side. I think it’s fried cod or pollock but its really good.

Good food, good prices, great staff, clean. Food was hot, arrived quickly and they have an extensive menu.

Best service from these ppl, two of my fav. ppl are Ms. Alicia, and Maria they always know ur drinks and promptly have them ready as u sit down.
