Usually late refilling my prescription, sometimes two weeks early, sometimes I have to go there and remind them. If that is not annoying enough, they consistently charge me the wrong price. I tell them it’s wrong, they say call insurance. I call insurance, they say cvs was wrong. I do this every other month. It’s a very common uncomplicated prescription. They say they have«problems» with my insurance, which is just bad business since they are the largest insurer. Gave them an extra star because the workers have always been nice, I understand they can only do so much with pricing.

I like that they’re quick and efficient. I swear I’m here almost everyday where they know my name at the pharmacy. ‘Tis a shame! The courtesy text for pick-up is the best thing created to avoid waiting for your prescription.

I’m pretty loyal to CVS. I will always choose them over Walgreen’s because I love the $ 2 Off — $ 20 Off coupons that they are always dishing out on your receipt. You just have to pay attention. They are great about having monthly prescriptions ready even if you don’t call them in. I have developed a new level of appreciation for them since they were like the only place open on Christmas. Saved me like you wouldn’t believe.

After my terrible experience at the Eldridge/Memorial CVS experience I figured I’d give this one a try since it was on my way to work. Keep in mind I’ve been a loyal CVS girl for the past 5 years in different cities such as San Antonio and never had an issue. Here is Houston apparently CVS is different. I called and asked to have everything transferred over and was assured it would be done. Well, every prescription since then has either been filled incorrectly or filled at the Eldridge location! It’s been a nightmare!!! I was very specific and told them exactly what I needed and was told over the phone with a promise that it would be correct… surprise surprise I arrive to find that NO prescription was filled and they didn’t really seem to know who I was. What is going on CVS? What happened to good old customer service? Doesn’t exist here– I wasn’t the only upset customer that day. In fact, there were several of us, all waiting around. Bottom line, don’t go here if you value customer service and a correct prescription.

LOVE this CVS location. It’s near my office and the front store staff makes me feel like I am right at home! They keep their store clean, and always greet me with a smile.
