For the comfy leather lover, there are so many unique styles for the man or woman in your life. The visual display in the window is always nice to look at, hence why I may have never seen an actual printed ad from them, but their shoes will last a long time and so will their styles! Different styles to match the look you are going for!

The manager was really rude to us and no one who would help us just cause my friend and I look young, but my friend was buying shoes for her dad. We finally got help and when my friend was paying for the shoes, the manager once again was REALLY RUDE. NEVER am I going to Clarks again with that rude service.

Great friendly service. I found a pair of boating shoes for Mr. G as a Father’s Day gift. I was happy they had his size and was given store locations in San Diego if I needed to return them.
Great prices when shoes are on sale.
Men and woman’s shoes found here, but more guys selection and some of the ladies shoes were a little too elderly looking for my liking.

I have never received worse customer service in my life. Joanna, an employee at the Galleria Clarks, was extremely rude to me when I explained the shoes were digging into my feet when I tried to return them. The shoes were unworn and she would not give my money back. I had the same problem with a previous pair of shoes which I also returned. She was excessively strict and unprofessional. At the end, she dismissed me in such an unprofessional manner, yelling «this is the store policy», saying «that’s it,» and finished the conversation by her turning her back to me without letting me respond, dismissing me right there. I’ve never had a more unpleasant experience in any other retail store.
Shoes are poor quality and will hurt your feet. The soles are not even attached to the shoe; they pop out and it seems this is not a designed feature of the shoe because under the «removable» sole is the unfinished stitching that is clearly not meant to be seen. Besides the poor customer service and poor quality, the shoes are extremely over priced for what you get.

I have mixed feelings about this store. I like the shoes for the quality material but I’m not that impressed with the look. I’m also not impressed by the funny sales man who told me that I can go to any store to have my shoes cleaned free, anytime. So, I went into the Memorial City Mall store to shine em up and this guy laughed and asked who told me that. Hahaha… jokes on me I guess. He shined my shoes anyway to keep me from crying in the store.

Of all the Clarks stores I’ve visited, this one had the worst selection. I should have known by seeing how empty the store was. The staff never asked if I needed help, but I wasn’t bothered by that since I like my personal shopping space.

I was very excited to see that this is one of the few US Clarks stores that carries kids shoes, as they are the best shoes around for kids. Looks like I’ll be sticking with Stride Rite, because the service here sucks.
After they kept bringing out different styles to the ones I was asking to see, in an attempt to sell me something higher priced, they finally sold me two pairs, one of which was too small within three weeks.
Sorry Clarks Galleria, you won’t be selling me any more shoes, no matter how underhanded your efforts. Its a shame that the great reputation of Clarks is being destroyed by a few unruly employees.

I agree with the previous comments. While I LOVE Clarks Shoes, and in fact just bought one, I can’t stand the staffs at the Clark’s in the Galleria. They are unfriendly, snooty, and not helpful. Came in and there were these 2 male employees (they look Latinos to me) and no hi or smile. Yes I was not dressed up. Meanwhile I saw them helping some other glitzy looking people. And in the end I bought, and they did not. Whattt?
The girls are not friendly either. When asked to see if they have another color for my shoes, they kept on insisting whatever they have are all up front. Finally after asking more persistently, they sighed and went to the back and miraculously found the color I wanted, which I bought. If they did not have the sale, I would rather buy it from Zappos, 6pm or Amazon. Bad Bad Customer service.

When I received a stern talkin’ to from the partner supervising me in my practice group at megafirm on the first day of reporting for duty with «inadequate footwear» I quickly looked around for a place where I could buy black shoes. Clarks was that place.
Being mostly of the tattered DC Shoes and occasional flip flop persuasion, I really had no idea what I was doing looking for corporate, buttoned-​down d-​bag shoes that the boss man would approve of in elaborate clapping and glitter throwing in the air.
The guy that swooped in like a hawk when he thought I had enough money (don’t get me started on how they ignored other people that looked like they had lesser means, like no Lacoste polo or D&G Time watch like me) was helpful, explaining slowly what means what in corporate d-​bag terms, and I ended up going with the power black (no, not my true [facebook official and for realsies] hero John Wesley Carlos unfortunately, no matter how much I try) to make a statement that I had no experience at all but I might just be able to figure out something on my own.

Definitely one of the better and more diverse shoe stores in the Galleria. There’s Aldo and a bunch of trendier shoe stores, but Clarks (not Clark’s) has a good collection of comfortable shoes that are stylish AND wearable. They’re a family store – everything for women, men, children – and carry a full range of sizes; even wide widths. Thanks to the nice gal who helped me select two superb pairs of suede shoes and added a finishing spray & shoe horn for free.
