ALDO

Aldo shoes is one of my favorite shoe shops and it’s always a must stop even if it’s just for a lookey-​loo.
This little shop offers accessories, casual and dressy shoes for men and women and the cutest handbags on the planet. The sales are amazing, I always find a great deal here.

This review is for Aldo accessories, which is located on the galleria at this address listed.
Super, super friendly! The staff here are definitely more friendly than the aldo shoes down the hall, at least in my experiences.
The sales clerk went out of her way to show me sales items, asked about my budget, etc.
I left with the cutest new purse, and a great review to write!

I first learned about ALDO back as an undergrad when my fraternity became a national partner with YouthAIDS and you could purchase those nifty little necklaces with «SEE» or «HEAR» or «SPEAK» on the smaller silver dogtag affixed in front of the larger silver dogtag with the AIDS ribbon etched in. A certain percentage of the price (very cheap for a nice necklace) went to YouthAIDS. So of course I bought many and spread the necklaces out as gifts to people who likely re-​gifted them to other, more progressive and nicer people than themselves.
In the initiative to buy necklaces I also uncovered that their mainstay was not accessories for social activist fratboys, but rather shoes. Men and women’s shoes were to be found here and you could also tell which was meant for which sex — it was not confusing like trying to figure out which side is Boys and which side is Girls clothing at American Apparel since it looks identical.
Good store.

i like ALDO a lot :) The shoes are pretty cute, minus the wedges. ./​vomits. But that’s just me! Their prices are a little on the high end, but you can’t find a cute pair of nude heels for cheap anywhere!
Catch them on the sales, you won’t regret it!
