J Jill is one of my absolute favorite clothing lines and stores. This strictly a women’s clothing store (nothing for you guys and kids). This store is located in Galleria IV (the Nordstrom wing) right by the water feature on the first floor. The store is medium sized but very pretty and well laid out. The people who work there aren’t overly pushy or use the ‘hard sell’ tactics. They know the clothes sell themselves.
If you need something from a catalog and it’s not in the store, they will happily order it for you. I’ve found they are very patient and will help order several things from the catalog. I often go in to order things from the catalog because the shipping is much less if ordered in store. (I think it’s a flat $ 5).
