I love Chipotle and go several times a week. I’ve been to this location at least 10 times in the past 2 months and they have the WORST customer service. They do not greet you, they do not ask «what would you like?» — the lady today nodded her head and said «what» to me, I just looked at her to allow her to finish the question but she just stared at me so I said Hi, I’d like a burrito. This is not the first time I’m terribly disappointed in the customer service. It is every time. They staff are usually talking with one another and then act like the customers are a bother. I will not return to this location.

Service at this location is not good. They charged me twice and took forever to remove the 2nd charge. Overall attitude towards customers is «what do you want». The chips I got were completely stale too. Find another location or go to Freebirds.

I ordered something online and they didn’t even read the special instructions! I asked for Cilantro and Vinagerette and extra lettuce, none of them was in my bag. Very dissapointed. Will not order from this place again

The chicken bowl was awesome. The restaurant was very clean and the staff very nice. When I asked for more rice, they gladly did it without complaint or extra charge which is «awesome sauce» lol. Try the combination that I had in the chicken bowl, which is rice, chicken, pinto beans and corn with nothing else. Hopefully you enjoy! Don’t forget your chips also!

Burrito was good. They’re bowl serving was kinda small compared to other chipotles I’ve been too. I felt like I got skimped on my spoon of chicken. No issues other than that. This chipotle is hidden. I never noticed it in the 4 years I’ve been coming to rice village.

A classic place! Burritos are huge and filling and the price is definitely fair. I got the burrito with chicken and guacamole which is a little pricy because it’s extra but totally worth it!

Chipotle’s food is almost always great, and it depends on a lot on the employees working there for me to get a great experience every time I decide to come by.
Well I tried the sofritas for the first time today and I must say I’m hooked! The tofu is good, a little crispy and very flavorful. I also added veggies to my burrito bowl and I honestly thing the veggies have the best seasonings! They get it right every single time at all the locations. But I was extremely disappointed by the amount of food the employees were giving out at this location specifically. I’m a small Asian girl and I don’t eat a lot, one chipotle portico usually lasts me from 2 – 3 meals, but today I finished the whole darn thing and I was still hungry!
Sigh hopefully next time I’m here they won’t be so stingy!

This is my go-​to Chipotle location because it’s super nice and super convenient.
Parking here is pretty easy, and so far I’ve never had trouble getting a spot. Hopefully that doesn’t change! They are in a strip with a large private lot. The location is on Kirby, so it is really convenient. Just don’t try to come here at rush hour, because traffic stinks.
The interior of the restaurant is really clean, and they even have a few tables outside on a patio area which is awesome for the 3 days of the year Houston weather is bearable. The service is generally very good, but on my last few visits it has just been so-​so.
I almost always order the chicken burrito bowl. The portion size is big enough for 2 entire meals! But somehow I always seem to finish it in one sitting…

I’m a huge fan of Chipotle and this is coming from someone that doesn’t like fast food or Mexican food so that’s saying something. The people are super nice and the food never lets me down. Also noticed that this location gives out a larger than average portion. Yay Chipotle!

As nice as they were when customers walk in… they make the sloppiest tacos and burritos! I would think they train staff on how to roll the burrito let alone the open face taco. My friend had to pretty much re wrap his once he opened the foil, mine was just over packed and I only requested 4 ingredients. Rice, beef, dollop salsa n guac. The beef was tough to the chew, so i hope this was real beef and not that gmo like their chicken. Anyways I’m not a fan of tacos so this americanized version is alright. I’m sure real Hispanics don’t eat this. It’s in a nice area tho. *kanye shrug*

This is probably the nicest Chipotle I’ve been to. No, not the interior, the people! They are so freakin nice!
So if you’ve ever been to a Chipotle (which if you haven’t, what the heck are you doing with your life?), you know that you interact with about 3 – 4 people from the start of your bowl assembly to the end. Each one of those people was very nice and friendly. The cashier even asked me if I’m having a good day and complimented my outfit, and the woman next to him laughed when I made a joke (I don’t know if she was just trying to be nice, but I don’t care, I liked it!).
Also, this Chipotle is next to Crave cupcakes, which is a pretty perfect reward for eating healthy at Chipotle! :)

Great Chipotle! They give larger portions of meat than most other places; it is a nice central location, but sometimes difficult to get to through Kirby when you are coming in from the other side of the road. I would suggest coming here not during traffic hour, or you’ll be stuck on the road for 20 – 30 minutes. Also, it is located next to Crave, so you can stop by for a nice dessert when you’re finished with your meal!
Parking is somewhat limited. I usually don’t have trouble finding parking, but the spots are a bit tight. So don’t drive an Escalade if you’re planning to make a trip here during busy times.

Chipotle is the best. This one is in a nice area of Houston near rice village, right near crave cupcakes. Who wouldn’t love to run and get chipotle for dinner, followed by a nice cupcake for dessert? The seating area outside is relatively nice, and the service was quick. Servers were nice and polite. All around enjoyable experience.

OMG I LOVE CHIPOTS.
^Lol I’m kidding about the basic reference, BUT seriously everyone knows Chipotle is pretty awesome. I actually like this joint more because they aren’t as busy during the dinner time rush relative to the one on Main and OST near Reliant. They’re also pretty generous with the meats and guac too which makes it a winner in my book. The parking sitch can get a bet messy since it’s a densely packed strip mall, but there’s a huge lot by the IBC bank opposite Azuma so you can easily park there if you need a spot.

Chipotle is pretty consistent, but I was a little disappointed with this location. I came here around 3 so the food was a little old because lunch hour was over. The reason why I am giving this 2 stars is because they are uneven with the amount they give you! They gave me a ton of rice, but so little meat in my burrito. I had to ask them to move out some of the rice, and then I requested for a little bit more meat, I mean, how is this going to be worth the money if I’m not even getting the main point of the burrito? This added about 1.50 to my total. Really? For maybe 8 cubes of more meat? I thought that was outrageous!
Chipotle, I usually love you, and this location is great, but I don’t think I’ll ever come back!
