Just stopped in for a quick drink before our flight home. The wine was overpriced at 10 bucks for one glass, but he did try to pour it to the rim, which was noticed by miss wino here! The shock top must have been priced at only 5 bucks because the total bill was only 16. So that made up for the pricy wine.

buena comida, y calidad consistente…

I love chili’s and go often I have visited this location three times, but this location is not all that for it being in the airport and having to pay that airport up charge. Don’t expect to get A1 just because your at the airport. The service sucks employees there are young and sloppy seem nice at first but can disappear on you, the food takes forever whether your dining in or ordering out what’s the hold up in the kitchen? And my food comes out cold, this has happen every time I have visited. I can agree with some of the reviewers on here about the water tasting like crap I’ve had better, I am not sure what it is but I hate drinking tap water, order a bottle. This is such a busy terminal and lots of traffic, not many choices being that terminal A is in a renovation process where more restaurants are coming but besides that not much choice but chilis, Starbucks, a newsstand, souvenir shop so if you have a lay over or your stuck it will suck big time. The menu is very very limited not much to choose from no matter if it’s on the lunch or dinner menu, mostly burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, they do serve breakfast which I thought was cool, and also they have a full blown bar where people can drink their traveling frustrations away… Will not be back to this location. FYI — if your a chilis rewards member they do not accept it.

Super slow service coupled with airport quality. Had to request my food twice and for a refill. Since it is the ONLY option it’s apparent the they don’t have to meet any standards.

Food from to-go window came hot and fresh, and quickly at 5:30pm. Everything I needed was put in the bag, and cashier was nice. One star off for price, but even that was almost reasonable for airport food.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. We had about a three hour wait before our flight so we figured we would sit down and grab some food. We were seated right away, that is where the good news stops. It took 20 minutes for our server to come to our table(it was not crowded). We ordered our food and drinks. They were brought out timely enough but we’re cold. We didn’t see our waiter again until we were finished. No refills, no checking on us, he was more concerned with flirting with his fellow waitress. We had to flag down another waiter for some napkins as well as our check. And that’s when our waiter showed up to make sure that everything was good and to see if we needed anything, started offering refills when we were obviously getting ready to leave. It was just terrible.

I ordered the turkey club, unbelievably huge. I only ate a ¼ of it. I will have it on my next leg. I had a great experience!

Sometimes there are more important things to know about a restaurant especially in a high paced travel environment. Food is a given, especially in a chain in an airport. It was a good basic classic breakfast. LISTEN! One very attentive server/waitress made all the difference. My wife had taken a 630 flight and mine was at 8. Little sleep and no food made for a weary traveler and hungry. Nyeisha… waited on me and was very pleasant and refreshing. I am recovering from surgery and only have the use of one arm. She made sure my needs were taken care of. I left for gate A30 to wait for my flight. A little while later I heard my name. I looked up and saw my waitress. She handed me my credit card which I somehow left behind. Wow! I was speechless and very grateful. She walked the wing of all those gates to find me. A great restaurant because of its staff. She is a blessing.

Worst airport place ever. Waited 15 min for a beer and then over 30 for Boneless Chicken Wings… Need to take some lessons from the Chilis in O’Hare. Disgraceful. Thankfully I had plenty of time! Long line to get in and then equally long wait for drinks/beer!

Waited 20 mins for my drink and nearly an hour for a burger. If you have a lot of time to kill before your flight and like being served lukewarm food, then eat here. Otherwise, STAYAWAYATALLCOSTS and eat at another place in the airport.

I’ve been here once before and it was horrible, but I figured it was late at night and they were understaffed. 8 months later I’m back at prime time and I’m writing this after waiting 40 minutes for a Burger… in an airport??? DONOTGOHERE!!!

Boo! Was told couldn’t bring airport cart in but no offer to sit us at a table where could watch it. If I didn’t want to sit in back and not watch my luggage then they didn’t want my business. Bad host!

Love having a place to sit down relax and wait for my flight while at the Houston Airport. The view of planes taking off is great and the menu is good. What made the experience great was the service. Jymisha was delightful. Her smile and thoughtfulness makes everybody’s day.

For an airport option, this place is OK. Always super busy because the only other option for a burger is Mickey Dee’s. Service is fast — but no smiles. Food is OK, nothing great, nothing terrible. The Sam Adams is always cold and plentiful — 22 oz. between planes is just the ticket!

This was like the only real food place close to my gate. So I did a to go order. The service was friendly and my food came out at a decent time. My southwestern egg rolls were soggy though, but I was hungry AF so I ate the whole damn tripled dipper platter!

The service was OK, wasn’t great but what can you expect when you are at the airport. Not enough waitresses so just getting your order/refills takes longer than a regular location. The food wasn’t the best. My burger was a little over cooked and the bun just fell apart.

Very limited menu after a certain time means 1 entrée. No it isn’t even a burger. It is a turkey sandwich with fries. They do offer all things fried like wings, boneless wings, fries, South West Egg rolls, chips with salsa or queso. Our service was very attentive as we were the only ones in there. The bar also closes around 11AM. So if you are hoping to booze it up before your flight you might want to order 2 or 3 at a time. Standard Chili’s food and decent service. I can’t really be mad, this was the only thing open in the terminal besides Mc Donalds.

This place is awful. Slowest airport restaurant I have ever been to. Food was not good and the server seemed to not care to be there or interested in bettering their tips. The management in this place sucks and the restaurant reflects that attitude.

I was double-billed for my meal – two charges of the same amount, so I paid twice what I should have. Buyer beware! EDIT: I called the location and they eventually refunded the second charge. Still, this should never have happened in the first place, and they should have refunded the full thing if they were really sorry about it.

So we chose to eat here when we arrived in Houston and had a 2 hour layover. The first impression was fairly standard with the staff wearing the requisite colors and the script being regurgitated for the millionth time. We sat down and were greeted by our server very quickly. We placed our orders and got our first and ultimately our last round of drinks. The IPA was OK but it was not quite cold, like it had only been in a wine chiller or just recently placed In the fridge. The food came out very quickly and there are no complaints there until we started to look around The place is filthy!!! Dust and grime everywhere. I don’t know how we missed it but looking around trying to force that warm IPA down started to get alarming. Look at the other reviews. I am not going to beat a dead horse. This place has the corporate training down. They have the corporate food menu down but they need a health inspection PRONTO! Unless you are in a bind, avoid this place. It’s a standard Chili’s in fare but if the front of the house is this bad… I can’t Imagine what the kitchen looks like.
