Chick-fil-A

This was my first time experiencing less than exceptional customer service from any location that I have visited. The drive-​thru employees were playing and laughing and could not get me simple order together.

I have enjoyed coming To Chick Fil A, perfect service very friendly employees, and not only that, the food is always fresh comes fast, normally I don’t write reviews for fast food places, but these guys are always good always fast always nice. even if I am write by the Galleria where is a Chick Fil 2 blocks away from my office, I still drive to this one because they are always nice.

This location is so great that they’re in the running for the «Symbol of Success» award for 2015 among 2,000+ Chick-​fil-​A restaurants across the nation! Yes. I found this out through an e-​mail, but i’m honestly not surprised!
The level of customer service at this location is second-​to-​none. Don’t be surprised when you see the line to enter the parking lot is stretched out to the feeder during lunch time. This location is close to the Greenway Plaza so it seems like everyone comes here for lunch. I usually like to go inside whether i’m dining in or getting takeout. All the employees are super friendly and you’re usually in and out within five minutes (that’s if you’re getting takeout). If you’re dining in then the employees working the floor make you feel like you’re dining at a five star restaurant because of how often they check up on you. All of the above are the usual standards that you will find at any (I hope) Chick-​fil-​A establishments, but I’ve had two experiences here that are the reasons why this location will always be my favorite.
Experience #1 — I was in the mood for a delicious chicken sandwich so I stopped by for takeout. As I was waiting for my food, I was browsing the web on my phone so I wasn’t really paying too much attention to what was going on around me. Then I hear a worker call my name for my order, or what I thought was my name and order. I made it back to my car and realized that I forgot to get my ice coffee. I ran back in and heard the worker calling my name. At that point I realized that I had grabbed an order for someone with a similar name. I retrieved the wrong order from my car, apologized to the worker and tried to hand it back to get my correct order. The worker informed me that it was okay and that they couldn’t take the order back from me. She gave me my correct order and wished me a good day. I ended up leaving with my correct order and the order I accidentally grabbed. Needless to say, this was a mistake on my part but I am very impressed with how they handled the situation!
Experience #2 — I had just made it back to my office and armed with the bag of takeout in my hand, I was ready to treat my body to some deliciousness. When I opened the bag I realized that I was given the wrong sandwich. I ordered a #1 (chicken sandwich) minus the pickles, but the sandwich in my bag had pickles and cheese on it. I double checked my receipt and the receipt on the bag to make sure I didn’t grab the wrong order again. This time it was not a mistake on my part (phew!). I called the location just to let them know that there was a mistake with my order and that I will be coming back to exchange the sandwiches. The manager picked up the phone, heard my story, apologized, and then (this is the part that surprised me) asked for the location of my office because he will be personally delivering me my correct sandwich AND a large order of fries just to make up for the mistake. I was shocked and kind of in disbelief. In less than 10 minutes he was outside of office with my food. He never asked to look at my receipt or the sandwich to see if I was lying. Simply handed my food and went on with his day. Wow! Talk about customer service!
This location sets the standards for how ALL food establishments should be!

Ver well organized restaurant. No chaos, which is impressive considering the log line. The line moves fast. The staff is friendly. My food was piping hot! I hadn’t tried the spicy chicken biscuit before — but it’s my new favorite now, with a little bit of grape jelly. Give it a try!

If you want the friendliest staff ever… Go here! I honestly can’t help but smile and be happy every time I go here! The food is made fresh and fast! But the staff is was what really gives this place 5 stars!

Came here for breakfast while here for work, and it was great. Smooth sailing, the order came out fast. The chick-​n-​minis were cooked well as were the hash browns. No complaints, there was easy parking and it was quick to get in and out at.

Apparently if you are 15 minutes late picking up your catering order, then they will throw it away. When you get there looking for your food you have to wait another 30 minutes for them to make it. Then they said it was just because they were so busy. I think they never made it in the first place. Will not be returning there, little did they know it was for doctors who only had a few minutes to eat. Now the food will be thrown out twice. Good job chik fil a.

I’ve never thought of reviewing fast food, but I have to.
The Customer Service last night was TOP NOTCH! I normally use the drive-​thru, but a friend and I decided to done in this time. WOW! Greeted at the door by TWO people, the cashier welcomed us and said he was happy to meet us, our order was fast, we were checked on while sitting at the booth… Should I go on? Our trays were picked up, we were asked if we wanted refills/​condiments… I felt like we had the 5-​star Dine-​In experience. But at a fast food place. GREAT JOB CHICK FIL-​A! I’ll dine in more often.

I got coupons in the mail. Got a large meal under $ 4. Had a just came up moment! Everyone was so friendly. Got a complimentary ice cream cone. Don’t know what I did to deserve that. They deserve a raise for customer service. Also very clean and family oriented.

Food always great and service always better than other fast food places.
But why one star???
Only because of this incident…
Someone that was working at chick fil lay didn’t wash his hands when he went out of the restroom. I don’t know whether he peed or poop or clean the restroom or check on the restroom, it doesn’t matter what he was doing but I can hear him making some noise in the toilet stalls so he must have been doing something or moving something around with his hands. Just walked straight out… didn’t even stop to was his hands. Just nasty. So I called them when I was eating to let them know… management said that they will take care of it. I hope so.
As I’m writing this I can see that person doing his side job… filthy hands just touching everything at the front counter area.
If I didn’t know I wouldn’t be bother by it… but since I know it’s just hasty thinking about it.

Been stopping by this Chickfila for over 2 years and it’s consistently on point when getting meals through the drive through. I’ve never had my order messed up here and they always hook it up with fries in my container and extra sauces when asked! Just like every other Chickfila all the employees are super polite.

You ask me how my day is going. You pick up my tray from my table. You grab extra condiments for me. You tell me to have a good day and that it was a pleasure serving me. My food is always piping hot. I pay, turn around to talk to my friend, only to turn around with a tray of food within 10 seconds and a warm smile on the workers face.
This is why the employees here deserve more than minimum wage an hour. Chick-​Fil-​A employees, you da real MVP.

I just finished reading a Steve Barry book where he has a character who loves Chick-​fail-​a and always finishes a meal there with ice-​cream. I was so tickled to see my own opinions mirrored in his character. Once again, I can be a proud lover of all things Chick-​fail-​a!

what a great menu, quality food and great customer service. This particular location has a big parking lot and an advanced 2-​lane drive through system. When I went through there was a gate down on the 2^nd lane to further indicate that was closed… guess the red light and closed sign was not doing the trick for people in this area.

I don’t really review fast food chains often since the food tastes the same everywhere. Obvi.
I just wanted to take the time to review this location because it is so damn busy! I came here around 11 am and the drive thru line was on the 59 feeder. LOL
I assumed there was some special event going on because of how packed it was but nope, just a normal day at this Chick-​Fil-​A. I didn’t want to wait in that Drive-​Thru line so I parked and went inside. Same madness inside as it is outside. The wait to order wasn’t very long since they had about 4 cashiers working the line. The seating however, not so easy. People were hunting seats like if they were sharks! I managed to steal one pretty quickly. Thank the LORT!
From my seat, I got a good view of the drive-​thru area. Not only were there two drive-​thru lines but they also had employees outside with iPad’s helping customers place orders.
Seems like they have a pretty good system in place, it’s busy, but it’s also controlled very well.

I can’t really complain about Chick-​fil-​a. My bf and I came to this location to grab a bite for dinner. We both ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal. It took a couple of minutes for our order to come out but it was well worth the wait. Our sandwiches were clearly freshly made. It was still so hot there was steam coming off the chicken. The sandwich was delicious and went well with the freshly made waffle fries. I swear if fries didn’t have so many calories, I would consume them like air. I really love the honey mustard sauce here. It has the perfect balance of tangy and sweet and goes really well with the fries and sandwich.

Love this location! The staff is always so friendly, the restaurant is super clean, and the staff even comes by after you’re done eating to take away your trash!!! I’ve had better service here than at some fancy restaurants I’ve been to around town!
At my latest visit I went through drive thru cause I had my dogs with me in the car. The drive thru attendant noticed I had the dogs with me and gave me a bunch of dog treats! I had no idea they even served dog treats! It made me love this place even more! Plus to top it off my one dog who is usually picky with food ate up the treat super fast so it must have been good!
Overall, I rate this place 5 stars for the yummy chicken and waffle fries, prompt fast food service, extremely friendly and genuinely happy staff, and lastly the dog treats to keep everyone in my family happy :)

I never sat down in a Chick-​fil-​A before so this was pretty sweet. Bathroom was reasonably clean, and the staff were all super nice and professional looking. The floor was super slippery (otherwise 5 stars), but they mopped it up quick which made it worse for a few minutes until I was done eating.
I never tasted such a HOT and tasty chicken sandwich — all you need is pickles and butter on that thing and it rocks. The chicken tenders were also hot and full of flavor MMH! Waffle fries could have been cooked a little longer but still tasty.

This Chickfila, like pretty much all Chickfilas, is great! Delicious/​addictive food, friendly service, good prices, clean restaurant (and bathroom), efficient drive thru. Best fast food restaurant ever.

If you do not get the waffle fries & lemonade or sweet tea when ordering, you are a sinner!
This Chick-​Fil-​A is very close to my work building & I absolutely love how quick the drive thru goes by! Love it.

One of the best chick fil a’s I have been to. I always enjoy my stay here the service is great. Of course the food is great who wouldn’t want to come here to taste the original chicken sandwich?! My favorite is the spicy delux chicken sandwich combo with delicious waffle fries mmm.
My favorite thing about chick fil a is the drive thru service especially durning lunch time. There is two lanes and there is an employee outside taking orders and sending the orders inside so when you get to window everything is ready to go. It is quick and easy love it. I have never seen this type of service at any other business. This place is great and it will be around for a long time.
