Bee Wild Pest Control

We had carpenter bees burrowing into the front of our house, right by the roofline. I called them at 6:30pm on a Friday, in a total panic because I thought that maybe we had a nest of bees. Not only did the guy answer the phone on a Friday night, he also spent a good deal of time explaining to me that it was an easy fix and I didn’t need to panic.
When we got a squirrel in our attic, I decided to use them again since I was so pleased with their service the first time. The scheduling has been incredibly easy– not only have they been very flexible with scheduling around my busy schedule, they also have been prompt and shown up right when they said that they would.
They haven’t tried to upsell us, but they also wouldn’t do a smaller package. The rodent removal also includes cleanup and bug spray around the perimeter of the house. I haven’t decided if I want them to spray for bugs or not, and it wasn’t an option to remove this portion of the bid. That being said, I do appreciate that they have one price and only one price, which eliminates any upselling. I like it when the price I’m quoted is the price that I pay.
Overall, I definitely recommend them, for their thorough work and good customer service. I will use them again if I need pest control.
