Unfriendly staff working when we came in for a work break treat. They have to supervise you and serve your samples for you.

Great variety and a ton of toppings, one of the best froyo places. I would say that the young lady working could have been a bit more up beat/friendly, maybe I came in close to closing but she seem to be checked out.

This is the worst frozen yogurt place I have been to. When I walked in. There was nobody in the front. I asked a man if they were closed and he said«I don’t work here». I look around and find nobody. I’m about to leave when I hear a noise from the kitchen. In the kitchen is a man texting. I get his attention and he says«We’re closed, come back tomorrow» As I’m leaving a woman appears out of nowhere and asks if she can help. I ask for some sample cups. She walks me to the machine like I’m a child. I’m twenty-one not twelve. And instead of giving me a cup she asks«Which one?» I point out the Strawberry, the Blueberry, and the chocolate. She hands them to me and I try them. They are warm. Like melting warm. I nod and agree, but secretly I’m trying not to spit out the nasty yogurt. I tell her I need to get my wallet. I go outside and drive home. I will not be returning to this store.

Located next to Pei Wei. I got the black cherry greek, pumpkin, and salted caramel flavors. They were all more on the sweet side than the tart. The salted caramel was too salty and just tasted off. I liked the other two flavors though. They keep covers on all their toppings, which I like. I’ve seen too many kids easily putting their hands in them. They also have a frequent buyer program that you use just your cell number to keep track of. I also read they have a Facebook check-in deal that I will look into next time.

I’m not sure how many times I’ve been here, but it’s probably close to a couple dozen. It is the only place I go to in West Houston. The interior is clean, there is enough seating, and they usually have some pretty nice music playing. There’s a lot of easy parking in the lot. I like their yogurt quite a bit — smooth and creamy, and there is a good selection of flavors. I’m bummed that peanut butter is not a regular flavor, though, but instead brought in as a special flavor on occasion. The fruit is fresh and tasty, and there is a large selection of toppings. They are one of the few that has ‘real’ hot fudge topping(rather than hot chocolate syrup that is called hot fudge). The customer service is usually pretty good, but there have been some times that I felt like I was interrupting their plans for the evening, and once, a server kept a cup of yogurt under the counter and kept sneaking bites. Perhaps that is OK, but the way she acted, it looked like she knew she was breaking the rules. All in all, a great place to get yogurt in that part of town.

There is nothing particularly special about this place. Typical modern yogurt shop that is completely self-serve. It’s always clean and their flavor selections are interesting. Good selection of toppings too. The thing that kills me is the staff places a tip jar on the counter. Really?! I mean, I pick up my own cup, serve my own yogurt, sprinkle on my own toppings, place the lid on myself, and put it on the scale. The ONLY thing the staff does is take my money. Why the heck should I tip them?! Weird, and frankly… rude.

The shop was minutes from closing when my friends flooded the place. The cashier was friendly and kept the place nice and clean. She also kept the doors open just a bit longer for us to finish our purchases.

This place is pretty good. The layout is pretty good. The vibe is pretty cool. Clean. Nice crowd. But all in all it is still just a frozen yogurt restaurant… I’ve been here 2 times. First time, the lady was helpful almost to the point of being overly helpful(asking me if I need a bag, extra spoons, napkins etc). The second time, another lady was struggling to pull away from her phone to ring me up. I had to ask her for lids.

With summer finally here it’s time to get some frozen yogurt! I love the yogurt spot because it’s good, clean, and tasty. Some of my favorite flavors are the peaches and cream, taro, and red velvet. They offer some of the freshest fruit around, there is lots of tables and free wi-fi along with multiple outlets provides a place to study also. They have a private lot so easy to find a spot. They have LCD tvs for watching shows, they play the music soft and it was only 44 cents an ounce the day I went. I will be back throughout summer!

I have been a big fan of the Yogurt spot ever since they opened several locations in Houston. This location is one of the newer ones. I like their yogurt because it is sweeter than the tart flavor that some other chains serve(Berripop comes to mind) and the store bought yogurt. Some flavors almost taste like ice-cream. On the inside, this location has been clean, which is very important to me. The flavors range from cookies n cream, tiki taro, to cake batter. The process: you get a cup, select a flavor, serve yourself, add toppings, and then pay after the cup is weighed.

Yes, I know it’s just chemicals and artificial sugar but this is more healthy than most desserts. Plus it’s tasty and the spot has some nice flavors. I’m very fond of the taro and peach flavors. The toppings seem fresh and colorful. And the place is clean and vibrant with some nice workers. There’s not much else you ask for in a yogurt place. Second on my list of yogurt place in town slightly behind yogurtland!

Love this place! I used to go to the Katy location, but was happy to learn they opened a store in Memorial. Every time I am in town, I make sure to drop by. With the abundance of fro-yo shops popping up, you can really tell the difference in product quality from TYS. It doesn’t taste«icy» or have that overly sweet/sugared taste. The self-serve option is great because I can control how much I want to eat and spend. The price per ounce is very reasonable compared to some others I have visited, but it really doesn’t matter because the yogurt is so good! There’s a wide variety of toppings to choose from and I love the fact that they have lids on them! Overall, it’s definitely my favorite place to go for frozen yogurt!

Yogurt always has the right amount of tartness and the texture is not«grainy» like most yogurt places. They also have a great variety of toppings. Popping Bobas, Mochi balls, and warm chocolate fudge are my favorite! Unlike most yogurt shops, they’re VERY sanitary. They have lids covering every topping, serving spoons and the handle bars aren’t sticky. There aren’t excessive yogurt drippings everywhere. I notice that kids always seem to enjoy eating their yogurt while watching the Disney channels. Hot chocolate is also yummy for on-the-go after eating froyo.
