Mattress Firm Copperfield Place

I had a good experience shopping for a new mattress this weekend. Ronnie Vitulli was the salesman that helped me out. He was very knowledgeable in the many differences between all the mattresses I was interested in. He answered all my questions & offered suggestions I hadn’t considered. He scheduled the same day delivery of my new mattress & free removal of my old mattress. The delivery was fast & easy. This is a great place to buy a new mattress.

About a year ago we purchased a bed and had the worst delivery experience, they delivered the wrong headboard and delivered our bed at midnight but given their great prices we decided to give them another shot, which I am so HAPPY we did! We went into the store and we were immediately greeted by Jason and malik they were a really big help and both were so sweet. They were informative and did everything to our benefit. They helped us out with Great deals and had so much patience. We bought our headboard and mattress on black Friday, we asked for delivery on Sunday morning. Sunday morning came and we received a phone call saying they were 15 min away. 15 minutes came and they were here with red carpet service and their botties for their shoes so they wouldn’t dirty the carpet/​floors, they installed the bed within 5 minutes and they also gave us mints. The delivery drivers were so respectful and very nice. Overall this experience was amazing, I recommend this mattress firm to anyone looking for great prices and excellent service. This place is actually a Mattress Pro, but the only difference is the selection of the mattresses they carry. Great deals (hot buys), great salespeople, great delivery!
