Rude! Rude! The rudest bitches in all the luxury stores in Galleria! RUDE! This whole review could literally be the word rude. They followed me and my friends around and made nasty faces as if were too low to shop here. The fact that we’re young means nothing! I have a taste for luxury. I shouldn’t have to be with my mother to get decent service.

Been to this location quite a few times and have always had good experiences. The employees at Prada are very welcoming, and courteous. I’ve been lucky enough to always be assisted by someone who knows the fabrics and materials used in the pieces I have picked out to purchase. One thing to note about Prada, and probably most high-end fashion designers is that the pieces are never repeated. So if you see a nice shirt, dress, or whatever, get it while the collection is still available. I had ran into that issue a few months back with this really nice two-toned polo Prada had. Wish I had got it when it was still there. My reasoning for the three stars is because the men’s area at this location is very small. They could have expanded on it a little more. They have a few shirts, a few pants, and then there’s a big a** wall of just shoes. Less shoes, more shirts and pants please. Also, as nice as everyone has been at this location, I’ve always felt like someone was watching my every move when I’m checking stuff out. Made me feel slightly uncomfortable.

I am always wary of going to high end boutiques like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Prada. The stories of the SA are notorious. However I saw a bag that is not available online and the only way I could get it was to order from the store. So I called ahead and asked if they have it. Luckily they had one and I came buy to purchase it. I was so excited I had forgotten to inspect the quality. When I got home, I saw that the some of the threads are coming loose, and there were a few other imperfections that are totally not acceptable for a brand new bag. So I came back to the store, showed the SA(his name is Brent) and he was very accommodating. He offered to find me a brand new one and have it inspected before I come to pick it up. So a few days later I got a call from him and he said he has received a Brand NEw one, still in the shipping box. I came by and he was out to lunch. I had to deal with another older guy and he did not know nothing about it and he was giving me an attitude. Finally Brent came back for lunch and everything was Taken care of immediately. This time the bag is as it should be. Free of Major Imperfections. He also said that if the stitches should come loose I can always bring it back and they would repair it for me free of charge(not for regular wear/tear). I also noticed on my exchange receipt they stamped FINALSALE. So my suggestion is before taking it home, Inspect every single detail and don’t be afraid to point it out to them before everything is final. You are paying a lot for your bag and you are entitled to get a decent quality bag. Anyways, thank you so much Brent!

Hubby got me a handbag from Prada for Christmas, unfortunately he got the wrong one. I took the handbag back to exchange it for the one I want. They didn’t have the color and the style I wanted, so they offered to order it for me from another store. Instead of a refund, the SA told me to take the handbag I was going to exchange home and bring it back when I handbag I wanted was in. Strange, why didn’t they give me a refund so I wouldn’t have to lug the handbag I didn’t want home? A couple of days later, I got a call from the store notifying me that the handbag has arrived. I was so excited, I didn’t even inspect the bag and told them to wrap it up. They made an exchange on the receipt. I got home and inspected the bag, there were some loose threads on the sides of the bag. I took it back to the store and asked if I can get another bag because I was very upset about the loose thread. If I am going to spend that much money on a handbag then it better be perfect. The SA told me they can only make ONE exchange. That’s why they didn’t refund my money, they wanted to get me with the one exchange store policy. I was fuming and asked to speak to the manager. The manager said that I could only make ONE exchange and said if they ordered me another bag there’s no guarantee that it won’t have any loose threads or that I won’t find something wrong with it. Are you kidding me??? I expect better quality control from Prada if I am spending that much money on a handbag. Go to Neiman Marcus to buy your Prada, much better customer service. I have a friend who purchased a Prada from Neiman Marcus and she had a loose thread after ONEYEAR of use and they let her exchange the bag for new one with no questions asked.

Return/exchange is so hard. The sales rep are nice people, but return/exchange will be a challenge compare to Saks and Neimans. My husband got me a Prada but it wasn’t the size that I want. I went in to exchange for the smaller size in the same color but they are sold out in that size and color. They pushed me to get a similar color which they dont have in stock. They stamped Final Sale on my exchange receipt, which I noticed later. Once it arrives at the store, I were not satisfy about the color, so I ask if I can just get store credit and wait for the one that I like. They came up with all excuses, and making it difficult for me to do it. By making it difficult like that, I would never come back to buy anything from them again EVER! By the way, they have a 14 days return policy.
