I love aldo and their shoes. I don’t love this location or their staff. The space is small and narrow. You’re usually bumping every person in the store at least once, while trying to look at shoes. I do like the ‘scanners’, where the associates can easily scan your selection, and see immediately if they have your size. The staff are usually chatting with one another, or just standing around(some, not all). The manager with the tattoos is anything but friendly. She was very short with me during a return, and even used the phrase ‘retarded’. As in the system is acting retarded. How awful. I try to buy online as much as possible, to avoid the interaction with these people.

Couldn’t believe how rude the Mgr. was today. He was running & flitting around being sassy to people. He didn’t smile, and was downright rude to customers and co-workers. Contacting their corporate offices about my horrible experience there today!

Umm. ok so it’s not expensive, name brand, shoes. But, I’m not label conscious at all so it’s cool. They sell great looking, inexpensive items. I don’t know about the quality or longevity of the stuff, but hell it’ll look good that night at the club etc…
