First of all I want to say that the personnel is wonderful. Always very friendly and very knowledgeable… absolutely no complaint there. However, this place floods when there is heavy rain. This is the second time. The apartment complex next door does not flood and their parking lots are lower than the lot where the storage units are. We’ve lost a great deal of items and conveniently, they don’t offer flood insurance. Please do your research before selecting any storage location.

I use to rent here. The place was great when I first started renting except the fact there is not a single trash can in the whole place. On top of that the rent continued to go up but I didn’t see any change or improvement to the property so idk why the rent would have to go up except for money hungry owners.
