The only reason that I give them 2 stars is because they have good prices and decent selection.
I had dark auburn hair, and wanted to go to an ashy blonde. Apparently, knowing what products are is not a requirement to work here, as I went 3 times in the past 3 days, hoping to fix this disaster. The first time they told me to strip my hair and add light blonde, it turned yellow. I go back the second day and they tell me to strip it again and add ash blonde, it turns out greenish yellow. I went back today and ask for what to do, the same ones tell me to strip it AGAIN and add the same shade back again, like somehow that is going to work the second time or add SILVER dye. I think not.
If you are starting a big hair project and need some advice, take MY advice and just go get it done professionally, it will be cheaper than returning to Sally’s 3, 4, 5 times.
